The Golden Palace Diner is typical of most of the diners in South Jersey: comfort foods at reasonable prices. However, the Golden Palace serves a difference: Pumpkin Pancakes. Their recipe is very good, a little on the spiced pumpkin side. Some diners offer pumpkin pancakes in October only, but you can get your fill every day of the week at... More

Wife and I stopped for a Sunday Breakfast. Only Ok, slightly slow for a diner in New Jersey. Waitress tried hard but didn't notice that my over hard fried eggs were over easy. Sounds minor, but it's a diner! My wife's "fresh" blueberries were frozen. Not a surprise this time of year, but them don't call them "fresh". No matter... More

We have had many meals here and they are very consistent. Lots of options and priced fairly. Mostly I have been there for breakfast and enjoyed it each time.

Every diner I go to for the first time, I base my rating on how good the turkey club is. Some diners use the real good drier turkey breast that is really roasted and some use that processed water added kind of slimy loaf stuff. This diner uses the processed stuff, so I knocked it a couple of stars. Otherwise,... More

I admit to only having breakfast here and sometimes the soup for lunch. They have daily specials and the three egg breakfast is under $3 - a great deal. Always good pancakes and waffles, too. The chicken veg and chicken noodle soups are way above average and perfect for that chilly day. They also have a great cup of coffee.

They have a 6 page menu with about 20 senior mini meals - still alot of food! The sheet of daily specials will offer different combinations for a different path. Regular meals include soup or salad, entree, 2 sides and dessert. You will probably be bringing home some. The service was good and the waitress very friendly. It is clean... More

The Golden Palace Diner offers standard diner fare and pumpkin pancakes. Its comfort food is no better nor no worse than other diners but the prices are reasonable. It is a place where I eat when I am in that area. It never disappoints. One item that you don't see on the menu at other diners year round is pumpkin... More

Pretty good food. Decent price. Not going to wow you, but not going to completely disappoint either. Menu was typical large diner sized. Looked fairly clean. Service was just OK.

Average diner...much nicer on the inside than it appears from the outside. Standard breakfast, okay service.
