Great barbecue ribs and chicken - if you get it with rice, it comes with enough rice to feed a family of four for a week! My wife also liked the fried sweet plantains.

My husband wanted some Portuguese BBQ and we came here. I wasn't really impressed. The place operates mostly as a take-out place with tons of people during the week waiting in the front for their food. The restaurant has 6 tables and a place to...sit at the counter. There seemed to have been quite a few regulars who were just hanging out at the counter, but we were the only ones seated in the dining area. The prices are decent but everything was very greasy. I would not return. The biggest shocker came when we were presented with the check - at the bottom of the check in red handwriting the waitress calculated a 15% tip for herself - how obnoxious.. Food like this can be made at home, it was really nothing special and we had more rice and fries than meat.More

Went there for the 1st time because of the review and the food did not disappoint. The rice was very flavorful and fully cooked. (You know what uncooked rice taste like) The Chicken and Ribs combo was huge. 3 adults ate the food and we...still had a small portion left over. I would recommend this place as an eat in or take out. The food is tasty and reasonably priced.More

We tried Nunzio's for a fund raiser. They do one a month for a local charity. Food was excellent. We had the garlic chicken and shrimp which was very good. It is a small neighborhood restaurant with a few tables. They do a large takeout...business. Service was very good and atmosphere was pleasant. Prices are very reasonable. We will definitely go backMore

Overall the food was good. The restaurant was very hot and it took a long time to get our food. Our son got the mozzarella sticks that came out in 20 minutes. The rest of the food came out about 15 minutes after that. Hubby...and I shared the garlic chicken and shrimp (VERY GOOD), Short Ribs (Good) and Pork Ribs (a bit dry). With one of the orders we also had the rice and fries. The rice was ok but a bit bland. The fries were ok. I don't think we will ever eat there again but we might do take out. The waitress was very nice. They also did not have milk for kids but did have juice.More

This nondescript hole-in-the-wall simply makes outstanding, cheap, grilled food -- especially their garlic chicken. They use thighs -- juicier. Portions are huge -- you'll take some home. Order the garlic chicken on rice with black beans (they have that purple hue and are very tasty)....The steamed veges are respectable -- no limp, "army-fatigue green" broccoli there -- everything's fresh, bright & hot. I'll give 'em a B- for their pork ribs -- they need flavor -- the table BBQ sauce helps. Wood paneling, a TV in the corner, a drafty front door (granted Feb's been brutal) & other informed folks waiting at the register. Just go there hungry and order their house specialty -- all will be forgiven. Someday I'll try the grilled fish.More

Such delicious charcoal grilled food--chicken, ribs, steak, and fish. Amazing chicken empanadas and tostones too! Vegetables are broccoli and carrots that are cooked perfectly. Fries are hand-cut daily. Food is cooked to order, so expect to wait 15-40 minutes for meal to arrive. Fast food...prices but not fast food quality!More
