Omg. What a cool place. Fish tacos were amazing and I got to taste their delicious Tequila. Mango was really good and can be bought in stores. We bought Peanut Butter and Jelly tequila to take home. Red Cadillac Tequila and tacos for the win!!!!

Cannot say enough good things about RC! Drinks are delicious and they bottle their own flavored tequilas which are exceptional. Margaritas are perfect. They do a skinny margarita that is wonderful. I visited with three girlfriends on a Friday night and waited about 10 minutes. Live music was playing. We all ordered margaritas, and they definitely packed a punch. We ordered several appetizers to share. Shrimp tacos, fish tacos, beef tacos, chips, and guac, and everything...was good.More
Took my daughter here for dinner because we both love Mexican food. The chips and salsa were good and I got the chicken enchilada that was super tasty. It came with a side of rice and beans family style. My daughter got the kids quesadilla....I had a spicy margarita that was spicy!! What I would improve are prices and selection, need some more of it! Also at 6 pm they lowered the lights like a club and started blasting the music. We have been getting take-out during the pandemic and the fish tacos are really fresh, light, well packaged, and abundant. Every time our takeout has been good so we appreciate the consistency. The takeout margarita is delicious shaken with lots of ice.
It was such a pleasure to return to the Red Cadillac. Always top notch menu choices even during Covid. Make a reservation if you would like to dine in. They offer only so many covers per time slot. A welcome change to "boring" restaurants, this place stands out for its eclectic décor and awesome selection of specialty drinks, particularly their flavored tequilas. The interior gets very crowded even though they have a rather small parking lot (valet attended). The tacos were great as...were the sautéed shrimp. The wait staff seemed indifferent to their guests though the bartenders were outgoing and very accommodating. Will return earlier one day for more of their dinner menuMore

We go to Red Cadillac to celebrate 🎉 birthdays - mine, my friends, etc...and we also recommend others who ask about the Red Caddy- we love their food, service and we appreciate Joe coming to our table when we’re there. A very popular spot in Union, they have valet parking. Try to get there early especially on a Friday night because they fill up fast. The chips and salsa is delicious and so are their frozen mango margaritas.
was excited to visit this restaurant because of great reviews, but we found it average at best. the food was unremarkable and it just seemed tired. Disappointed!
The staff are very courteous and nice. They take their time to answer any questions a person might have about the food or drinks. Their flavored tequilas are very good, as is their food. I would recommend that if you are in the area, you...should definitely give this establishment a chance.More
The flavored tequila are good my favorite being pineapple. Mexican corn, empanadas and shrimp tacos my very predictable meal. Live music is a plus. Great spot for date night.
I was there once and it was as good as I could expect. There is no reason not to go back the next time I am in the area.
