Our group has been here several times and the last two times have been disappointing. Our meals, filet and ribeye steaks were not very good. Our friend’s pasta special was also poor. For the excessive price tag, the meats should be spot on. Nice place,...but probably won’t return.More

I had great expectations with trying this restaurant for the first time. I traveled 35 miles to eat here. Atmosphere was nice and we ate in the enclosed outside area. I expect a certain degree of service whether I'm at a very expensive restaurant or...a pizzeria. Service at Rails was beyond horrible. Romoval of food before we finished, served coarses without silverware, steak was ordered to be Medium and came out Rare, (Should always be spot on temperature when dining at a higher scale SteakHouse, Had to ask for a steakknife for my steak, Coffee and Tea served with no means to stir (no spoons) , we were never asked how our meal was. Maybe the waitress was having a bad night and the Chef was off on his grilling, I feel when I travel this far and pay for a nice dining experience, this should not happen to a customer. Maybe an off night for Rails, but enough for me to try another Steak House.More

Phenomenal. If the food doesn’t attract you the ambiance will! We couldn’t ask for more the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and arrived right on time and if you did not know there is a speakeasy and a wine cave...in the basement! Amazing!More

We decided to have dinner alone this year. From the moment we entered Rails we felt safe. The distance between the dining tables was more than adequate and the wait staff wore masks and gloves. There were no crowds- no wait- we were seated right...away. As always the star was the food- double cut lamb chops were tender and cooked perfectly and the turkey dinner was nicely done with huge sides of mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes that were delicious! Our waitress was wonderful and we had a great time! Thank you for helping to make a very different Thanksgiving special!More

Called in for perfect curb pick-up. Works like a Swiss clock. Easy peasy. Food is hot. All weekly specials are truly fabulous. Just once they left out a dessert. Best carrot cake ever.

Attended a corporate event here. Side dishes were greasy and flavorless, steaks were fatty, over cooked and quite disgusting. Even the desserts were bad. We attended with approximately 100 colleagues and clients. It was embarrassing and everyone hated the food. So so bad.

Outstanding food. Delivery. Service. Distanced properly. People wearing masks. Not crowded with many tables.

Stopped in for a SPECIAL OCCASION . . . . . (we have been having take home from here for months) Sat outside on a patio 2nd floor . . . Service was WELL ABOVE the usual and I did advise the server of that...as well as reflecting that in the tip. The food was on point (as usual) from the kobe meatball apps to the entrees, special ans dessert . . . . Look forward to eating here each and EVERY timeMore

If you like great steaks in a hi-energy environment, this is the place for you. The steaks are superbly cooked and the portions filling. The dining areas are loud and busy save the speakeasy downstairs. It's fun to try to unlock the entrance to the...staircase to go into the basement speakeasy where you have a bar and a more quiet environment. The service was sub-par as they were very busy and large groups of rather loud individuals were allowed to surround our table at various times during the evening. Management should provide the training for servers to corral people coming in somewhere other than on top of tables enjoying their meals. In spite of that the place is not only a restaurant with good food but an experience as well.More
