We have Lebanese, Jordanian, and Palestinian family members mixed in with our Scotch Irish, Romanian and Greek family..We KNOW real Middle Eastern food..This place is the real deal..Every dish on the menu is above average, the Kabob's are off the charts..The Beef, Kefta and Lamb are great, but it was the chicken that knocked my socks off. The best Kibbeh... More

We love this place as does our family and their friends. The make Arabic food the way it was made when we all were kids. The variety is outstanding, everything is made fresh, and the prices are good. My only complaint is that they never seem to have enough dessert on hand especially on a Saturday night. Parking, BTW, can... More

This restaurant is actually on McBride Ave in Woodland Park, NJ. They have been a local staple for years and they maintain their high quality. Lamb and chicken shish kabobs are both perfectly seasoned and moist. This is a small place and seems to do a larger take out business than eat in, but service is friendly either way. If... More

This place is authentic, fresh, plentiful and very budget friendly! ! The decor is sparse, but the people who run the place are accommodating and sweet. I also go here for catering my parties. Yum. I might have to make a trip there today.

We've been driving past this place for 10 years before my wife's co-worker said they eat there weekly. His wife is Syrian and said the food is as close to what she eats as you can find. We usually order the King Combination (beef, chicken and kufta) with an extra lamb kabob and the kids split a shish tawook (chicken).... More

SOOOOOOOOOOO SOOOOOOO SOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!! This place is always delicious! We stumbled upon KOS in a Google search because we didn't feel like going INTO Paterson for Middle Eastern food- thank goodness we found this place! Rania is the only waitress there, but is so sweet and remembers you each time you go! The place is small (maybe 20 seats) and... More

Looking forward to this place for weeks. It is located adjacent to the Passaic River on the Western side of Mc Bride Avenue. It must be nice to sit outside in the Summertime. The small establishment is very clean with about 9 tables and a very friendly hostess who will generously help you with the menu. I don't understand why... More

So this is in my "neck of the woods". I love the food. This is truly one of those places where the "nationals of the cuisine" come to eat! I have had the Falafel, The Baba ghanoush, The Kebabs and the Hommus - ohh the hommus. I know that is not how you spell it - but the King spells... More
