This was our first trip to this restaurant, it won’t be our last, but only if we are “ within the vicinity” and have a coupon as there are other restaurants closer that are just as good, for about the same cost, but more ample...portions. Decor is very nice & staff is good. Hubby and I ordered two appetizers, one of which was the soup dumplings, which were decent and fun to eat. Boneless ribs were ok, but just an average size portion. Two main dishes were very good, but not too generous in portion size. We were there on a weekend evening and we were the only ones in the restaurant, later on 4 more tables were occupied. Definitely worth it if you can snag an on-line discount coupon. Lunches seem reasonable.More

I have been eating here or ordering takeout for the last 2 years. Overall the food is ok. Some dishes are good, some are hit or miss. The dim sum is terrible. Super bland and very weird rice roll textures. Today I ate there with...my wife and baby. The diet Pepsi was stale. I checked under the can, it expired back in 2018. My wife's Thai ice tea was pretty much orange colored condensed milk. Lunch was ok, Kung Pao chicken and Pan fried noodles. Portions are always small for lunch. Best part is lunch is $7.50 for takeout, but $9.50 if you dine in. Makes total sense. When we got the check we attempted to use the Local Flavors $15 for $30. Its like a Groupon. The owner quickly spouted off he doesn't accept it for lunch. I let him know there are a dozen items in the fine print of the coupon, none of them say dinner only. He didn't care and walked away. Being a semi regular, you would think the owner would do the right thing for the regular customer, honor it and then take it up with the Local Flavors, the company he signed up with to offer promotions. Nope. Nasty and dismissive. Brilliant move. Lose a local repeat customer bc you have an issue w a marketing company. Any business owner with common sense would have honored it. Too bad Eddie is a stubborn and short sited business owner. My wife always said how nice he is. I always told her it was an act & he was as phoney as a $3 bill. She finally saw it. I Fish - Out! Stupid name, so-so food, and no appreciation for loyal customers. - There are plenty of other restaurants in the sea.More

We ordered dumblings from this restaurant for take out. The prices were average, the wait time was good, the parking is on the premises and the food tasted okay. The restaurant was empty maybe due to the location or maybe due to the large number...of competitors in the area. This is a good place to dine in for a quiet meal or business meeting. I intend to order again.More

This is a different type of Chinese restaurant serving a more authentic cuisine. It reminded me of when I lived in New York and could get dishes not available out here. They have delicious soup dumplings that were sublime. Be careful! They can be hot...so don't just pop them in your mouth. They also have a favorite of mine, Chinese broccoli which to me is somewhere between broccoli rabe and the common type. If you prefer Thai, you will find many options. I hope they get busier because I don't want to lose them.More

I may have reviewed i Fish restaurant before, we go to i Fish when we want good Chinese food. The food tastes great, I would say that many of the dishes are uniquely Chinese-fusion and different. I am in my 70's, went to many Chinese...restaurants in NYC, many states in the US and mainland China; i Fish beats them all. Chef/Owner Eddie & his wife Grace are gracious hosts that answer any questions about the menu and make great recommendations. The Braised Pork Shoulder was delicious (takes 6 hours to cook, may have to order ahead), as was the Fish in Seaweed. The Tom Yum Soup for Two (I think a Thai soup) was delicious and spicy. It's a BYOB, we brought beer in on last visit and owner made our glasses cold by first putting ice into glasses. When we bring white wine they cool it at our table in a champagne bucket. They will be doing Dim Sum on Sundays; let Eddie or Grace pick them out for you. They are closed on Tuesday's.More

Food is delicious, the people listen to criticism. Seaweed fish is the best. Authentic dishes typical to a chinese restaurant. Good and clean.

We took out dinner one night after hearing good reviews. The food was a bit disappointing but it did look nice inside.
