This is my first time at this restaurant. The service was quick and I felt rushed. There was no one waiting to be seated and they had plenty of tables open. The food was o.k. The prices were reasonable. There was nothing here, that would bring me back again.

This place is a little noisy, but it has a very varied menu and all of the food we tried was very good. The seafood is fresh and the pasta tastes homemade.

My first experience, in spite of having lived in the area many many years. The food is okay, the portions large, but not really worth the prices. My grand daughter's spaghetti and meat balls was better than Boyardee's but not by much. My lasagna was good. What I liked best was the La Pasteria house salad. Other dishes we had... More

Renovated recently and looks good. Menu offers something for everyone. BYO. Helpful servers. They don't take reservations but accommodated 3 of us who were on our lunch hour. The kale and sweet potato salad was very good and very large. Could have been shared. Beet salad also tasty and a good size. We added shrimp for $5.00. Capuccino at $6.50... More

I have been back ten times, and each time was delicious. The fish is awesome. I will return over, and over. My husband loves the chicken dishes there too.

This restaurant has great food and reasonable prices. I have eaten their for years when I lived in the area and now I go there every time I come back to visit. Try the eggplant rollatini appetizer and the lasagna (delicious and very large portions). Prices are reasonable for the area. No liquor license so make sure you bring your... More

I have been to La Pastaria many times since it opened in 1993. Very good salads and pastas. I have never had an entree that was worth eating (i.e., stay away from meat and fish). I wish they had good Italian bread; instead they only have focaccia which is sometimes very garlicky and sometimes tastes rancid. Up until this visit... More

Had dinner here last night and the entire experience was nauseating. I ordered a grilled salmon salad with quinoa and it was disgusting, tasted like old frozen salmon. The restaurant has tons of little flies or gnats flying around which put me off eating entirely. The diet coke was flat. The bathroom was in absolute disrepair with the toiled paper... More

Good food, excellent service. We love sitting outside during the good weather and enjoy the good food and a bottle of wine. (BYOB)

Another nice place in Summit to eat outside. The one drawback is they try to cram too many tables into a limited space on the sidewalk so there is no privacy. Otherwise the food is excellent and they offer very good specials.
