Except for the diner-looking booths and busy-looking decor, it was a fantastic dinner. Huge menu, plentiful portions, terrific food, and one of the best waiters we've ever had. Polite, funny, attentive, hard-working. A couple and four teens ate for $170, including tip. Two of the meals were (huge) burgers. Will go again next time we're at the beach!

Service: good (bordering on over attentive). No complaints. She was a nice girl. I had a turkey and avocado club. It was good. I'd order it again. Fries also good! I'd like to go back to try more options. Prices were midrange.

For many years THE POINT DINER was THE place to go for breakfast. It was owned by locals, supported by locals and in Summer welcomed "Shoobies". Last visit back was horrible and said "Never again"..... Just got here for summer at home visit and found The Windjammer. Went on weekend so there was a little wait but not long. There were... More

I actually had three meals this past week at the Windjammer- two dinners and a breakfast. In addition there was enough food from each meal to have another meal later on. The menu is varied, the portions are plentiful, the food is very good from the soup to the main entree. They also provide some excellent breads to complement your... More

Great spot for shore breakfast. Even though off the island it is open year round. Food is really good and fast and hot. Tremendous creamed chipped beef on toast or potatoes. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable.

We went there for dinner on a very busy Sunday night and Cathy at the bar welcomed us with a friendly smile, offered assistance with the menu, and told us about the background of the cooks/owners. You know you are in good hands when you find out that they are Greek and Italian! At the bar we had Sangria (fabulous),... More

Very nice restaurant, I wouldn't call it a diner. Not fancy but very large menu with lots of choices and specials. We had the lamb chops and veal chop. The lamb was delicious, as was the veal. Ample servings and sides, soup or salad included. The bread dish was assorted and included cheese filled pastry, which we used for dessert.... More

this place may look over crowded at first glance, but the wait is never as long as it may appear and the food is worth the price. the owners have owned several diners in the south jersey area, but this place is an upgrade from a diner. the atmosphere is very relaxing, although it can be a bit load. the... Only a few years old this restaurant has plenty of parking, good food and service. Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Early bird specials. Has a large menu with many food selections. Seating consists of booths plus a separate bar area.
