The Inn allowed us the use of their Gazebo for our wedding ceremony and we dined in the "Leeds Room" party of 12. The room was set up beautifully and the staff was very attentive. The food was incredible and received nothing but high praise from our guests. The owner Tony added numerous personal touches and saw to it that... More

Went out to Smithville Inn with my husband, father and his lady friend. When the server handed us the menu it was very limited and I was like oh God I'm taking my father out and there's nothing really appetizing! But I asked the server if it was possible to revise the shrimp and crab dinner so my father could... More

A great colonial setting...our waitress was quite accommodating. We both had the french onion soup....outstanding!! I had what was called the Thanksgiving dinner...and that it was. Turkey and all the trimmings. My wife had a delicious flounder entree that was excellent also. We had been here almost a year ago for the Sunday brunch...absolutely the best. We will return.

Stopped by to try their Thursday Night Specials as I have never eaten there and it is a little pricey. My dining partner had the meatloaf and I had the turkey. While both meals were fine, I was slightly disappointed that the turkey seemed to be from a pressed turkey roast, it still tasted fine. The specials included a salad... More

We arrived for lunch just before the tour buses dropped off a large crowd. It was a rainy day during our visit and the restaurant filled up fast. Service was attentive but it moves at a gentile pace. If you are in a hurry this isn't your place. Although they don't offer a gluten free menu, they worked with us... More

We dined here with children. Warning - having a children's menu does not make a place child-friendly. You could argue that this maybe isn't the sort of place you would take your kids for dinner, but we wanted something a little more upmarket than usual. Even though we put our order in quickly, service was slow. Kids meals came out... More

We were returning from a family reunion and stopped in Smithville to extend the weekend. The Smithville Inn was our choice for dinner, and a great choice it was. Being celiac we have to be careful of where we eat and what we order. Our server, Daniella, was very knowledgable about gluten and made more than one trip to the... More

We went there while visiting friends and were very happy with our dinners. It was a very pleasant place to sit down and have a great meal. I would not hesitate to eat there again. The entertainment on Friday and Saturday was just great with a talented piano player who took requests. You will not be disappointed.

We were celebrating my sister's 50th birthday and she just loves the Inn so we choose it brunch. This was my 1st time having brunch at the restaurant, as typically we have either lunch or dinner, which never disappoints. So glad we tried the brunch, large selection of food, good service and clean.

the food and service was excellent. I would suggest it to everyone. There were four of us and every dinner was excellent. We all ordered different dinners. The inn also looks lovely. I want to go back to stay over. We all had dinner and a bottle of wine for the table and the bill was $81.00 per couple. I... More

Old world charm meets new world hospitality in this lovely lakeside landmark. A longtime locals favorite serving award winning classic continental cuisine with a modern flair. The restaurant, resurrected from an uncertain future in 1997 by the combined efforts of the Coppola & Bushar families, has since reclaimed its spot among the favorite dining locations in the Atlantic City area.
