My husband and I enjoyed tasty sandwiches in this historic inn. I ordered the vegetable sandwich. My husband ordered the rib sandwich. Both were ample as were the sweet potato and potato fries. We started with soups. The corn chowder is very thick! The cup serving size was plenty for me. My husband had the tortilla soup. The waiter was... More

Visited the town of Smithville and made dinner reservations . The reservation was right on time after having a cocktail at the bar. Bartenders were both friendly . Our dinner was served in a very professional manner which is expected in a fine dining restaurant. Our appetizers as well as our dinner was excellent. I recommend the Inn for any... More

Just good all around. Go early for a walk around the town. Prices more than fair. Best French Onion soup I have ever had.

We dine out often and have owned our own restaurant. We do not often experience managers and owners overseeing staff and making certain that your dining experience is going well. Both owner and mangers came by, eyeballed our table, noticed if we were needing anything and spent a moment to chat. It is something I am shocked that most other... More

My family and I were all satisfied with our meal choices. I had the BBQ salmon salad, which included a decent sized piece of fish, my dad had fish n chips, and my mom had the cheese steak wraps. I sampled their dishes as well and they were delicious. Service was good too, nice and fast. Prices for lunch are... More

I have had lunch here more times than I can count. Today's lunch started with a fried tomato appetizer: not Southern-style green, but an Italian style, thickly sliced red tomato, breaded, fried, and served on a bed of greens with cheese, roasted peppers, and a balsamic drizzle. Dee-lish! My salmon over salad greens was moist and succulent. My sister asked... More

It was a very hot day therefore we needed a cool spot and a relaxing lunch. The service was excellent, and because one of our party needed a gluten and dairy free meal, the kitchen staff did a wonderful pasta dish. It was not expensive and delicious.

We dined here on a Sunday for our anniversary. The place was empty at 5:30, but filled up my 6:15. We both had the prime rib, which was excellent. Our server, Jack, was friendly and not overly attentive (which we like). The manager comped is a glass of wine with no reason--I'm assuming it's because I said it was our... More

The Inn allowed us the use of their Gazebo for our wedding ceremony and we dined in the "Leeds Room" party of 12. The room was set up beautifully and the staff was very attentive. The food was incredible and received nothing but high praise from our guests. The owner Tony added numerous personal touches and saw to it that... More

Description
Old world charm meets new world hospitality in this lovely lakeside landmark. A longtime locals favorite serving award winning classic continental cuisine with a modern flair. The restaurant, resurrected from an uncertain future in 1997 by the combined efforts of the Coppola & Bushar families, has since reclaimed its spot among the favorite dining locations in the Atlantic City area.
