We loved the crab cakes and the fried oysters. The service was okay but our waiter was less that friendly which made it a bit less fun. Manager was kind of the same when we complimented him on the food. Didn't really care what we thought. Oh well, they know what they have and maybe a surly attitude is part... More
We decided one more time we would try Bum Rogers. I did like their clams linguine which I had another time I was there. The food isn't that bad, but the prices and service, not so good. A cup of Lobster Bisque was $7.99. So not worth that price!! I didn't realize the price before ordering. My fault for that.... More
Been coming here for ages. Great seafood, great bar. Food very good. Be prepared to wait in the summer months, go when u are not hungry by the time u get a table u will be. Family friendly SEAFOOD HEAVEN.

Went 2 years ago and gave it 4 stars, and that was the busy season. Went 12/31, and half the place full, and service was slow. Food was average, and overpriced. Will still go back because I have gone here a dozen times over the years, and the place is a classic, just a bad visit this time.
Stopped in there for dinner at the end of November. I sat at the bar and was given a drink and water in a matter of minutes, but it was all downhill from there. Waitress/bartender was VERY busy chatting with her friends. Finally, about 15 minutes later, another bartender showed up and was kind enough to give me a menu.... More
Phil, I just fully read you review. I'm sorry about your experience and I will speak to the bartender as they are not trained that way. As far as the rest of your review, how can you base an objective and intelligent review based on bar guests comments. If you had ordered a dinner, you would have found the quality... More
