Stopped here for a quick lunch. The food was of good quality and the service was excellent. I would definitely go again

Came here with my husband and really enjoyed it -- lots of seating which was nice, and a varied menu with lots of delicious choices. A bit noisy and service lagged at times, however overall a great experience.

This is fantastic restaurant located on the corner of Park Avenue, Scotch Plains. During the warm weather the outdoor bar and grill is a great place to be there.

Dated menu but great service. Odd specials that are sometimes ho hum but sometimes great. Highly recommended for a mediocre lunch.

Cool tavern with original wood beams, predates the Revolutionary War. Sat at the bar and had mussels and fries, the wife had salmon tacos. Service was great, prices were reasonable, and they have a large parking lot behind the building. Will return.

Built in 1737 this historic inn boasts many small dining rooms with a fireplace in each room. The Stage House Restaurant offers an ala carte menu every day. Next, The Tavern at the Stage House, which serves up Rustic American fare in a more casual setting. Newly renovated with a new 35 seat bar, a cool little club house and the best Burger in Town. Lastly, The Patio at the stage house, which is a huge outdoor bar and dining room offering either menu. Reservations are only accepted for the fine dining restaurant, the others are first come first serve.
