Sunday morning breakfast. Should have realized after finding a 30 minute wait I took three other diners in the area that there was a reason! Corned beef hash and eggs or unimpressive. French toast was very pale, not flavorful and so cold that the butter...wouldn't even melt. Bacon was cooked properly but had no flavor. Throughout the entire meal my husband was not able to get a second cup of coffee. They were filled to about half capacity. The server was not even close to being average. After we received our meal she never checked on us again. It's really a shame, I'd like to see a small business succeed and with minor changes they could do that. All in all very disappointing $50 breakfast.More

I went to the diner this afternoon for lunch with my aunt and I have to say that the food and service were good but could have been better. The Turkey Club sandwich that I had good but not great. The tomatoes and lettuce on...the sandwich could have been more seasonable and the sandwich did not even come with a pickle or cole slaw as with most dinners. I also had to remind the waiter that he forgot the French Fries. We were the only patrons in the restaurant at the time and I thought they could have done a better job with that. The omelet that my aunt had looked nice but it just sat there on the plate with no garnish and no potatoes or sides that usually come with a breakfast item. The plate presentations on their food was very plain. The service was nice but could have been a little more on board with the kitchen. They need to make their presentations better. IHOP does a better job than this.More

Pretty good breakfast! This diner is kind of retro. I've only had breakfast here and a couple of times takeout sandwiches ,but worth it for convenience and reasonable prices!

We googled "where is the nearest diner" and Rochelle Park Diner & Grill showed up. It was an early weekend afternoon, around 1pm, we were concerned it would be packed and we'd have to wait for a table as many NJ diners are at full...capacity at this time period. That should have been our first hint. The Rochelle Park Diner & Grill was virtually empty. Have no clue when they last changed the oil in their fryer, but my hashbrowns, which at one time was a round, frozen disk, (like the kind you put in your toaster at home) smelled of stinky, frozen fish. For some reason, they had a radio blasting that was not tuned in, forcing the patron to listen to loud, scratchy static. There were some good things. The waitress was friendly, the bathroom was clean, parking is plentiful and the food came right out. But the next time we're in the area and google where is the nearest diner, we'll probably pass on the Rochelle Park Diner & Grill.More

Pick your seat and be ready to be disappointed. The host-waitress-gawker makes this place a bad experience. We get our menus and are asked what would we like to drink and we respond with 2 club sodas with no ice and get 2 club sodas...with ice. Then after looking over the menus order 2 burgers after telling my wife that this place has the best tasting burgers around, not any more! My burger came out dry and smaller then expected from my past experiences. The bacon and sweet potato fries raw after requesting for both to be well done. Our burgers seem to be the 2 burgers that were sitting on the grill waiting to be served for hours. My wife not only didn't get her burger cooked to her liking and added sides she was watched or should I say stared at by the host-waitress-gawker. Not worth a stop at all.More

Chipotle burger with grilled onions cheese and bacon . Plenty of bacon not really spicy and kind of bland. Plate comes with cole saw and no silverware????? A very nostalgic place, just needs a little help in the kitchen

Been here a few times. It's a good, typical Jersey Diner. I wish there was a rating between "average" and "very good" cause that is what I would really give this place. It's "good"! Nice appearance and clean with a decent menu. Service is always...good. It's not open 24 hours like many other diners but otherwise I would recommend it for sure.More

Living in the area for 30 years, I must have passed this place literally thousands of times, never wanting to try it. The parking lot is bigger than the entire place. We found a warm, friendly staff, food was completely FRESH made and not pre-made...and then frozen till needed. Its well worth the prices on the menu. It is somewhere in between a diner and what used to be called a “greasy spoon joint”. The menu is basic (albeit small) but plenty to choose from. I reluctantly ordered the eggplant parmigiana not expecting much, but got huge round discs of freshly cooked, crispy eggplant and then blanketed with mozzarella cheese. Different than what I’m used to getting, but nonetheless delicious. I was also very surprised by the large, very fresh, and plentiful salad that came with the meal as well. I would go back there to try their breakfast specials.More

Far too many diners around here try to be much much more than that. They have massive menus, bars, and are huge. This place is an old time, small DINER. The menu is really pretty basic and simple. I've only eaten breakfast here, but the...food is good, portions large, and service is friendly and efficient.More

Rochelle Park Diner is a rather small seemingly outdated diner more like a neighborhood coffee shop. Food is basically good but we've only ever been there for breakfast. Plenty of parking on site.

I stopped in this morning for breakfast with my Mom. We had our usual breakfasts- Belgian waffles with bacon for her, scrambled eggs with corned beef hash for me. Both were really good and served piping hot. The service was really good and friendly. I've...driven by here countless times but never stopped in before. This won't be my last visitMore

This has become my go-to local spot for a quick and inexpensive meal. I also take advantage of their delivery service from time to time. Very nice owners and servers with a little bit of quirkiness that lets you know you're in a real New...Jersey diner ;) They're not open as late as some of the other nearby Diners and they don't have a liquor license, but they are way more reasonably priced and I've never had a bad experience there.More

I don't know about those other reviews, Bonello food was fresh and delicious. Our server was friendly and courteous. We ordered the RPG special sandwich. The chicken was hot and fresh, The roasted peppers were delicious, and the fresh mozzarella topped off the sandwich. By...the way the bread was soft and fresh, which is everything to a good sandwich. Like I said I don't know about those other reviewers but my experience here was very nice.More

Food is not that great. Just like you're eating in an ordinary diner. You can cook it yourself would taste better. But the server is friendly.

This is a typical dinner with restaurant hours- you can order almost anything that normally is available on a dinner menu. Unfortunately they are not open late which most dinners are They have a regular local crowd
