I went to dinner with my 2 friends, my fiancé, and my one year old son. When we walked in we were greeted with angry looking waitresses so already off to a bad start. When we sat down we put in our drink orders and started looking at the menu. Our waitress came up and asked us if we were... More

I had dinner here with a friend. Tokyo doesn't look like much from the outside but you will be so happy you came here once you eat. I had seaweed salad which was tasty. But the different rolls were all fantastic. I recommend checking out the chefs special rolls. They are fantastic! Everything is so fresh. This restaurant is far... More

Din here on Saturday afternoon and there are lunch special. Good price. Consider the distance to camping ground, and on way to ocean.

Good Service and fresh sushi, the waitress was courteous, but the pics on the menu were not indicative of what you got.

I went to this restaurant with three friends for dinner on a Saturday evening. When offered a booth or table we said booth, and were delighted to find that we could take our shoes off for the meal! If you're not into this the tables do not have to take their shoes off. In our group we had two vegetarians... More

While visiting Cape May, we found ourselves craving some Asian fare and happened to pass by Tokyo on the way to Bed Bath & Beyond and Walmart. We decided to stop by on New Year's Eve for dinner. It was quite crowded - always a good sign. We were not expecting much but were pleasantly surprised by the quality of... More

We frequent this restaurant many times when we are in south Jersey. The sushi is excellent and the staff friendly and efficient.

We have been going to Toyko since it opened. We have tried other places in town but always come back to Toyko . We believe their sushi is the best in town! We love the smoked eel rolls, the Philly, and the Cape May rolls. The miso soup was a little weak this time but the calamari appetizer (one of the... More

Two thumbs up for Tokyo. This is a great option for a glorious change from the usual Jersey shore options - Italian or Seafood. The restaurant is quiet and tranquil. They have some interesting tables along the back wall. Those tables let some folks sit Japanese style. I enjoyed the Salmon, not at all fishy. Their salad dressing was quite... More

Tokyo in Rio Grande always, always serves up the freshest most delicious sushi I have ever had. Everywhere I travel am always looking for a good restaurant for sushi and have never run across better than right here in Rio Grande, New Jersey.
