My friend and I were recommended this location for our lunch from the hotel we were staying at by one of their supervisors Avery. The mac and cheese grilled cheese was great as were the tiger fries with the special sauce. Perfect comfort food as...per the recommendation. Without directions it seems difficult to find. The food itself was great. My friend had some cheese steak with mushrooms which smelled great. Perfect food for after a week full of business work and nonsense. Has a great comedownMore

Food is so good here. Went here after some recommended it. We were not disappointed. Small inside, but very nice outside seating especially on a nice Spring or Summer day.

My friend and I came here for lunch while we were in the area. They allow you to create your own sandwiches or order one of the specialties. I ordered the Nova Lox Sandwich. It was delicious! I was not expecting much from a sandwich...but they did well. I also ordered a chicken empanada. When I saw them pull it out of the freezer I was a little concerned but once they cooked it -was great. You can dine outside (not much seating inside so would recommend it). Overall a nice little spot and not very expensive. If I am in the area again I would come back.More

I came here for a lunch break on a cycling trip in August. They offer a wide variety of breads and cheeses, but I chose my old-school favorite, cheddar on rye. It was grilled golden-brown, with just the right amount of cheese. Just classic perfection....I've had this sandwich at many places through the years, and only the Lighthouse Restaurant in Bayonne, New Jersey comes close.More

Say Cheese is located at the back of Thomas Sweet on Nassau Street. It's tiny, so plan to take your meal outside to one of the 4 or so tables to eat, and if you hit it at the wrong time, you'll be there with...the construction workers that frequent it. The grilled cheese has so many options, and ours were delicious. Fries were good too. Definitely not healthy, but worth the indulgence once in a while.More

Grilled cheese? Mac and Cheese? Disco Fries? Do I really have to say more? I had pepper jack and Guiyierre with camrelized onions, bacon (of course) and hot/sweet mustard on sourdough and an order of disco fries. So good. And boy do I need a...nap now!More

Have gone to Say Cheese many times since they opened about 1-1/2 yrs ago. It is located on the pedestrian walk next to Thomas Sweet on Nassau Street. There is one small table inside and numerous outside that are shared with the ice cream shop...when the weather is good as well as a park-like grass area to hang. Favorites are: Beefy Mac - a tender mouth-watering brisket with homemade Mac & cheese layered on top inside a thick fresh bread. Amazing delicious! Veggy - Fresh vegetables grilled in front of you with goat cheese and I recommend also having then add feta cheese. A great blend of flavors. Soups are really good and once again fresh homemade. Their Greek sandwich selections are good but other eating places in the area do those choices as well or better but no one does their special variety of cheese sandwich better! Also an extra plus is their very friendly and neighborly-like staff.More

This little sandwich place is accessed from Naussau Street. Park and pay meter and walk up the side where Thomas Sweets ice cream is. No seating inside, but has outdoor seating and a large grassy. I was greeted by a lovely lady and ordered a...Chicken Gyro, it's was soooo tasty. They have lots of cheese sandwich selections also. Friendly staff!!More

There were lots of great choices (including grilled cheese with meat or vegan). I got the Mac and Cheese Grilled Cheese and it was pretty good but I'm not sure I'd get it again. I also got a cup of the veggie chili that I...didn't enjoy too much. I think I would have enjoyed the fries more. Service was ok, there was not a long wait to order but it did take more than a few minutes to get my grilled cheese and chili. I enjoyed being able to eat outside in beautiful Princeton.More
