Good selection. Not at all ordinary, each dish has a little something different that makes your meal an "interesting" taste experience. A favorite are the breads that are served with your meal. As for the staff, they were not particularly accommodating.

Really nice menu. Staff is always nice. I have been there for dinner, both inside and out, and always had a nice mean. You can get a dinner to a burger. Pretty consistent. I have actually been in their private room downstairs for a function, and that was nice, a bit dark, but nice. Would recommend to anyone.

We have been coming to this place for many years. It is under new ownership, but thus far has not changed--which is good in my view. You can eat in the bar in the front, in the restaurant proper, or (in the summer) outside. The decor is interesting, as is the menu. The service is very good--particularly at the bar,... More

Went here for a cocktail after pizza at Nomad. I had a habanero margarita that was not spicy at all and didn't taste very good. My husband had a mojito and it was also not great. For $10 a drink we expected better.

I enjoy coming here, sitting in the courtyard to read and have some appetizers and some wine. The environment is very nice and safe.

Main Street is conveniently located in the Princeton Shopping Center on the side facing Harrison Street. If you come in on that side you walk through a nice-looking bar. I couldn't tell if it had TVs, but I would hope so--what's a bar without being able to watch sports?! The dining area is medium-sized, and carpeted, which keeps the noise... More

Stopped in based on the $$ price level and 4 circle rating. The prices were more $$$-$$$$ and the rating was no more than 3 circles. Menu was updated so wasn't what was on the website. Husband had the pork chop which was bland. I had the swordfish which had a heavy fennel taste. Both meals were just ok and... More

My wife and I heard that Main Street Bistro in Princeton Shopping center had changed owners which made us excited because the food offerings has been dismal for years. The owners were to be the same owners as Agricola in the town of Princeton which has a stellar reputation. When we got a seat in the cabana area we were... More

Stopped here for an early, light and quick dinner. Got an appetizer and salad, but we had to chase down the waitress for fresh ground pepper--she simply vanished after placing our dishes on the table. Atmosphere is okay, food is okay, but there really is nothing very special about this place. Convenient location, and next time I will try the... More

Stopped here for a quick late Sunday lunch. Had the cranberry chicken salad and Black Forest ham with Brie sandwiches both with delicious vegetable slaw. Reasonably priced in a relaxing atmosphere.
