Amazing New Years eve - top marks

Mediterra was our first New Year's Eve venue in the USA. We've just transferred over from Scotland and are used to a big party with loads of scottish dancing and festivities. Mediterra gave us a table at 10.45 the atmosphere was jumping and we waited 10 mins but weren't seated we were greeted... read more

We have been to the Mediterra Restaurant in Princeton many times over the years for both lunch and dinner. It has always been worth it. The meals change but there is always a very good selection of meals prepared well. Nice bread is a mainstay.Conveniently located in the center of town.

We used to make a Saturday or Sunday trip with the family specifically for the Nicoise Salad. Since its come off the menu, we've tried a few other items but the magic is gone... Won't be going back anytime soon.

We had an excellent Saturday lunch at Mediterra. We had been there a couple times for dinner a while back and were not that impressed, but decided to give lunch a try. We had a table of six and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their scrumptious lunch. Their bread is to 'die for', it was so fresh and delicious. We will definitely... More

Once again we had a fabulous meal at Mediterra. The 4-course menu for New Years had terrific choices and the wine pairings were perfect. The Tuscan Kale Salad, Orecchiette with braised short rib, and Roasted Royal Trumpet Mushrooms and Farro were wonderful . . . and the Tiramisu topped it off just right. The service was very good, too.

Food is good. Ambiance is nice. But restaurant tends to be rather noisy seriously distracting from the overall joy of eating there.

Nice atmosphere and friendly/professional service. Our appetizers were very good - but their Paella was just OK (not bad at all - but probably not worth the wait - I'll probably order something else if I go back).

This was not our first time dining here but it has been years since we visited Mediterra - not sure why we waited so long as our recent dinner reminded us of what we've been missing. We did not have reservations (we arrived at 5:30 on a Wednesday) but the host graciously explained that he could seat us but would... More

I had lunch last week and my business colleague was a bit late. Amy was gracious and attentive. I so respect someone who maintains a great personality while dealing with the hustle and bustle. The food was delicious as always but Amy made it memorable!

Attended a wonderful production of A Christmas Carol at the McCarter Theater and followed it with a very delicious meal at Mediterra. Seven of us all agree everything was delicious from the cutting board of Italian meats, to the grilled octopus, followed by short ribs and pork chops that four of said were among the best we've ever enjoyed. Our... More
