Ordered 5 BBQ Ribs and the Buffalo Popcorn Chicken for dinner. Both appeared to just fill-up the stomach with very average taste. The ribs had considerable amount of fat and the buffalo popcorn chicken tasted a bit weird. If you want to enjoy good food, this café is definitely not a smart choice!

We decided to get a big order of wings to split. They only have a "mildly hot" version which is fairly hot for them. Overall, pretty good. The wings could have been crisped up a little more but the hot sauce was pretty good. I am not a spicy food fan but I could appreciate these. And, with the blue... More

We were looking for a reasonably priced lunch option in Princeton and stumbled on Chuck's. It's a small hole in the wall place, not fancy but the tables were clean and we were able to watch the game while we ate. The chili dogs were good and the fries were hot but not greasy. They were doing a big business... More

Based on other reviews and my love of wings, we decided to try out chucks. The staff was very friendly and the cafe is clean. The wings although were either overlooked or freezer burnt. The sauce was nothing special at all. Very disappointed.

The family stopped here for lunch, the wings were very good, children didn't appreciate the buffalo chicken fingers (more batter than chicken), the cafe is definitely not the fanciest but the food came quick

Love their wings. Nothing but the best. The place is a little run down but we do love their wings. The service is fast, in and out. If you want a not so fancy place this is the place to be.

Wings are excellent and reasonably priced. We will be back for wings. The dining room is cafeteria style and clean. You order at a counter and wait for you food or phone in take out orders. Counter service - friendly and quick

If there is not a German word for "food shame", there should be. It would describe perfectly the feeling of sitting down alone to eat 14 wings as others come in with friends. Chuck's is one of the few places that really makes it worth suffering that shame. It's just so good. I've had friends try and praise other menu... More

If you want Buffalo wings hereabouts, this is the place. Research the ownership history. What a story! Have been a regular since it opened. The same two guys have been working the fryer and grill so long that you can be assured that your wings, burgers, etc. will be perfect. Try the fries.

We would take out a bucket of buffalo wings along with sine cheesesteaks. Good, cheap, tasty fast food when you're in the mood for it.
