Yum yum yum. Food is awesome. Casual dining with friendly staff. Nicely located attached to Gerards liquors so you can drop in and get some cocktails

Memphis may be known for ribs, and some places (Rendezvous) may rely on decades old reputation, but Hickory Hog dry rub ribs are great today!

They have the best spareribs around. You can get a dry rub or regular barbeque with different types of ribs.

We have been getting take out for just about two years from Hickory Hog, we really like the food, never strayed anywhere else for barbecue. Several months back we got home and we were shouted on the sides, not to the point where there were any missing, but the containers were just over half full, we complained but no big... More

Started with a gigantic onion loaf with a nice horseradish sauce. Corn fritters had lots of corn. Ribs were fall off the bone, but by BBQ standards, shouldn't be. They were good, but not what you expect from an authentic BBQ joint. Wings were tasty. Brisket was pretty good. Fries were basic (should be fresh cut but weren't. ). So,... More

We have been to a lot of restaurants and bars that serve ribs with lots of different kinds of sauces. There are a lot of interpretations of how to cook ribs and how they should really taste like and that's OK. However, if you want quality meaty tasty ribs and other pork delicacies, it only makes sense to pay a... More

I have eaten here many many times. The food is delicious. They serve bbq and I think it is the best around. The ribs fall off the bone, the mac & cheese is super creamy and yummy. The burgers are always grilled to perfection. I have never had a bad meal. The staff is very friendly, service is quick &... More

This place is very casual. Went with a group of 11 people. We all had the different styles of ribs that they offer. All were great, tender and really good flavors. Their cornbread is really good and moist. I found that the cole slaw needed help. It was more like shredded cabbage with too little sauce. The mac and cheese... More
