This is a South Jersey hidden gem, the food is excellent! Centerton salad, seafood bisque, and crab imperial are what I recommend!!! We always have a wonderful evening here!

Once upon a time this was one of the best places to go. Unfortunately the place has deteriorated inside and out. I'm not sure if the new owners don't care or they just don't have the money to do the repairs and bring it back to it's former self. That said, the food is ok. You get plenty to eat,... More

I was very disappointed. use to love this place. The building is dilapidated. It has an odor inside and the food is no where as good as it use to be. Shame

Went on a quiet Tuesday night, was told it'd be a 10-15 minute wait because they only had one server on staff. We stood alone at the front counter for 31 minutes, then left hungry. Hit a nearby diner. I'm not saying I'd never go back, but I'll certainly call first to ask how many servers are on staff and... More

Just spent our 50th Anniversary celebration here with family. Outstanding food and service. Our waitstaff for 12 was amazing. Attentive and amazing! Everything was excellent!

We decided to dine here for this past Thanksgiving Day. Perfect choice! Reservations were made, and a call back to confirm was done on the Monday of that week. The dinner was excellent and the service was great. I highly recommend this fine eatery to anyone!

I went here for the first time for a professional association meeting. I had a pork special and it was very delicious. The history before you is really cool. You really feel like you're in the 18th century. The service was good. I went back another time for a dessert stop. The items I wanted would have taken too long,... More

The Olde Centerton Inn was an important stage coach stop in old New Jersey, and with its rustic interiors, until recently it was a site for fine dining of the first order. Unfortunately, it has succumbed to the undesirable practices of providing second rate meals. Its signature steak appears to be glued together. The fillet mignon topped with crab meat... More

She's an old building but worth the trip each time and not just for the holiday's. My steak was perfect, hubby had grilled veggie mix that he could not finish. That never happens. Still managed to eat the Key Lime tart..lol Love sitting at the bar talking to New friends. Excited they have set up a table outside for the... More
