Our family has spent many nights here over the years and celebrated many happy occasions. That being said, this restaurant has not changed and seems old. The food seems old, the decor is old the menu is uninspiring. The only bright spot was the sangria....Very sad.More
We went there for my mother in law birthday. First when we saw the structure, we weren't sure. Then we walked inside and asked for the menu and walked away. Then we went around and we decided to read the reviews and we went back...to this place. We asked for sangria. The sangria had a weird taste. I love sangria and know how to make. We debated and finally decided to returned it. They asked for other choices and we went for beers. The food is really tasty and really cheap. Paella, delicious and seafood too. I definitely going back for food but not for drink.More
Small quaint spot. The food was really good the service was wonderful. They did rush us at all. Paella was tasty and would definitely go back.
Great variety of Food; one of the best local spots in the area; place is clean and the staff is very knowledgeable of the food.
The service and the food were very good. My wife and my daughter were happy whit their paella full of clams, shrimp, and mussells. I had a good lobster .If you enjoy seafood is the place to go in town.
The dining room was large, and the decor like stepping into vintage Spain. Very welcoming, excellent service, and of course great traditional Spanish fare in generous portions.
The food is always great here. The staff is very polite and helpful. There isn't a better restaurant serving cuisine from Spain in the area. Reasonable prices.
I met a friend there for lunch on Friday 10/23/15. I'm so glad that he suggested this place. The food was great! The portions were huge and the wait staff were nice! I would go there again when I'm in town.
It was our first time at Sevilla !! The service was excellent. Especially attentive was the Asian Hostess named " Gift"! She attended to our every need! The food was excellent! We had a warm serving of bread. We had a Calamari Appetizer which was...very tasty ,large, and excellent. For our main Course we ordered Paella Marinara! It was a large portion with plenty of Shellfish! The Paella was delicious and fresh tasting. We had to take some home with us as we could not finish it all !!! We were too full for desert. The cost for the two of us, was more than reasonable. It was quite low compared to similar meals elsewhere. The Building is a bit old and could use some renovation, but the seating was satisfactory. The only slight complaint was that there was a Birthday Party going at the other end of the Dinning room. The 3-4 Children at this Party were unsupervised, undisciplined, and loud! Their Parents could use a course in disciplining Children properly, with consideration for other people !! All in all we had a great meal with great service and will certainly return!! Stephen G. Last time i went there was for a wedding, the place is outdated and because of that, it can make you feel uncomfortable, the food however is good and the service is ok. i wouldn't recommend this place as a restaurant, more like a place...for gatherings and celebrations on a budget.More
Have been here for the lunch buffet only. It's worth the price but get there early because the food gets dry. A very good variety of entrees to choose from, meat, fish, soup, salads and much more. Even coffee and dessert. Try a small pitcher...of sangria. The staff is polite, but the interior is worn. Had a bottle of hot with a date of 2012 on it.More
I would not consider this to be a fine dining establishment. It's in serious need of an update. The service was very slow. There are many servers yet they seem to be staring off into space. Although the portions are large (enough rice to feed...an entire homeless shelter) the flavors are one note. I ordered seafood paella and the shrimp and lobster were not properly cleaned which was very unappetizing. I was in the area on business so it's unlikely that I would ever return.More
Had dinner at the Sevilla Restaurant tonight 4/19/2013. Wow!!!! Since I was dining "solo", I decided to dine at the bar. The friendly atmosphere at the bar is incredible. The customers interacting, different conversation topics, was just exemplary and everyone's opinion respected. This bar could...be called the New Jersey version of "Cheers". Mario, the bartender, is accomodating and always with a smile; "Senor en que podemos servirle hoy, que le gustaria tomar?" and of course he would ask you in english too!!!. Tonight, I was in a fish mood and asked Delfin Rodriguez, the owner, what kind of fish was fresh. His answer was, "they are all fresh, I have a grouper that had breakfast in the ocean today. My answer was "that's mine". I had "filet of grouper stuffed with shrimps and crabmeat". A huge broiled grouper filet with chopped shrimps and lump crabmeat on top, sauteed vegetable with garlic, yellow rice and boiled potatoes with extra virgin olive oil. Let's not forget the big tossed salad I had before the grouper. Wow, what a feast!!!. Followed by a flan, an espresso and a couple of brandies, wow again!! I am going to do it again soon. I do recommend this restaurant for fresh seafood and steaks!!More
The staff at Sevilla is always accommodating and the food is yummy! We switch between white and red sangria -- both are delicious. We always go home with full!
