We actually went here when the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed due to the pandemic but we were not disappointed. The food was fantastic and the service was very friendly. We got to eat inside since we visited after the 25% occupancy was reinstated and got to enjoy the ambiance of the inside of the diner.
One thing I have to say is you get your money's worth. The amount of food you get is enormous. I had the spaghetti which was enough for 2 people and my gf had the meatloaf and got 3 slices which I have never seen in a diner before. Our granddaughter couldn't even finish her meal and she eats forever (LOL) .
It was a very nice experience and we enjoyed our 1st visit there.

Really good selection of home style food. Large portions, we usually shared dinner or took half home. Early bird specials include dessert. One waitress was not especially friendly or attentive.

Stopped here for a late breakfast (11.30am) last week while staying in Wildwood. They serve breakfast all day. LARGE selection of breakfast items. Food came out quickly and we were all satisfied. I had French toast with bacon, my wife and son had different omlettes with sides. Reasonably priced. Three large breakfasts plus juice and coffees was $35.
Will definitely return!

We ate under a tent in the lot do to covid. Good covering in case of rain. The area is spaced properly and the wait staff wearing mask guest were not. The food was just ok and the home fries tasted like everything else on the grill. We also had French toast that was burnt on bottom and the good side was facing up. Pretty hard to mess up breakfast but it seemed like the restaurant was overwhelmed by its number of customers and lost quality control of food coming out. I would probably give the place a second chance but improvement needs to take place. In closing someone should not have to wait ten minutes in front of a register waiting for someone to accept payment for only an ok meal. Price on higher end.

We celebrated our anniversary and wanted a buffet style dinner at our rental house for our family of 18. Vegas was quick to answer emails, call and give suggestions for serving sizes of our menu choices. We had a wonderful assortment for the adults and children and everything was packaged great. We had an assortment of pastas, chicken, and seafood, and it was all fabulous. The Greek salad is so good. Vegas is very professional and I highly recommend them. We got breakfast there every day as well, it is excellent. I recommend the French toast. So good. You will not be disappointed at this restaurant. They have a very extensive menu. All delicious.

I ordered the seafood combo everything was delicious and plenty of food for the value the food was hot and it came quickly for a delivery service. Grubhub is the best they get the food quick and very pleasant delivery person. The only problem was I ordered the chili with the dinner and I got a salad with French dressing. Guess a salad was healthier for me anyway. I was looking forward to the chili

My wife and i eat here frequently. We have had Breakfast, Lunch and dinner and have not been disappointed yet. We rarely leave woithout bringing food home. The Chicken Parmigiana is my go-to meal and it is deliciopus. And they give you so much food that my wife and I can share it and be full. And a salad bar to boot!!!
There is a lot of advertisinig for dinner specials in North Wildwood but the Vegas diiner is far and away the best food and the best deal in town.

We started coming here with the 4 kids in the early 1990s. We never had a bad meal here. Friendly staff. Great food and huge portions. Daily all day specials and early birds too. I worked full time down here this summer and recommended The Vegas Diner to many tourists, visitors and anyone who asked. Make that cream of wild mushroom soup again soon.

My most recent visit was disappointing. This used to be one of the go-to diners in the area. Now it just seems old and tired. There was hardly anyone there when I went recently. I was seated immediately, and my waiter was very nice. I ordered the stuffed scallops, and they were ok. They were just a little too oily for me. The salad bar is still pretty good, and I thought their attempts to keep things clean for covid precautions were good. It's just hard to know if others are following the rules, as no one was paying attention. I could have touched everything in the salad bar, and no one would have known. (I didn't.) Their menu has WAY too many items. It must be nearly impossible for the kitchen to make all those items in a fresh and tasty manner. I'm guessing most everything is frozen, and they just thaw out what they need. The food tastes like it; It just doesn't have that fresh flavor. I know times have been hard for the restaurant industry. I'm hoping that Vegas Diner has a chance to refresh and reset.

My family spent $134 and the food was disgusting!!!!! I feel like someone should’ve warned me. The menu was entirely too big which means all of this food is just sitting in the freezer somewhere going bad. The crab cake was nothing but filler and the cheeseburger was not good! Even the kids didn’t want their food. We just trashed it!! Waste of money and time. Stay away!!!

We’ve been coming to Wildwood for years now as a family.
We’ve tried a number of diners in town for breakfast and always end up coming back to Vegas Diner.
It simply has the best variety of breakfast options from the classics like scrapple and hot cakes to more modern items like avocado breakfast sandwiches. There’s something for every age and taste.
There’s a reason it’s packed even on weekdays, locals and visitors alike know it’s the best in town.

We have been here a few times, and it was always good food with excellent service. However we want for a late night dinner and my husband ordered the chopped sirloin steak with mushroom gravy. It smelled bad, everyone at the table made the comment and he said it tasted rancid. My grandson tried it and said the same thing. The waitress was extremely apologetic and took it away and placed another order for him, which turned out to be fine. There was a lot of whispering between the waitress, manager and I assume the owner, we tried to be discreet (things happen) However when we went to pay our check the rancid meal was still on the bill. My husband didn’t have his glasses or he would have disputed it at the time of payment, this should not have had to be an issue. Unfortunately, we will have to think twice before returning.

We stopped in to share a meal with family. I had the crab stuffed scallops and meal was excellent, in fact I would say the scallops were the best I’ve eaten on my trip to New Jersey.
Then a couple of days later we went back for
breakfast. I splurged on my calorie count and had the Belgian waffle with Nutella, chocolate and pecans! I enjoyed every calorie loaded bite!
My husband had an omelet and hash browns. He enjoyed the large portion.
We were a little disappointed in the slow service. We waited a little too long to give our order, get our food AND to receive the check.

The expression, you get what you pay for, is appropriate for the Vegas Diner. The amount of food you get for the price is phenomenal. I had the ham dinner and they have you 3 nice size pieces, my partner had the meatloaf and she got 4 nice sized pieces plus the sides and the salad bar AND dessert! it was voted best restaurant for a reason, and this is why!

As soon as you arrived, there is someone to greet you at the door with an estimated wait time that is always way less than quoted. Everyone is seated fast, and the wait staff are very nice and sociable, ready to meet your every request. It’s one of our favorite places to go year-round.
