The ice cream is really good, but you come here to walk around and look at the history of the 50's that is plastered to every wall. So many bits of history to check out, you're gonna have to come more than once.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the 50s diner concept of this ice cream place. The décor is just adorable and takes you back to a place in time when life was much simpler. Great ice cream selection but get there early because sometimes it's hard to get in because it's so busy. Great little gem in North Wildwood and we make it... More

This joint is awesome. If you are a fan of ANYTHING "50's", this is the place for you. Crazy amount of toys, posters, pictures, signed items from sports figures, recording artists and TV and movie stars, and memorabilia. Oh, and 50's candy, too. You can sit in a room that is set up like a diner, one like a malt... More

If you want a real treat and step back in time, then come to Cool Scoops. This New Jersey Avenue Ice Cream Parlor is a museum to the past along with great ice cream. This is a must stop on your trip to Wildwood. You will not be disappointed.

My kids love ice cream and MANY ice creams places don't focus on how important allergies ARE...my kids are allergic to eggs and nuts- THIS PLACE CARES!! One of the best places ever with allergies. They have detailed ingredient lists, use separate scoops, separate ice cream tubs and more! Yes the decor is amazing and fun but to know my... More

What a neat place. 50's memorabilia and you can even sit in car shaped booths. Wish they had this in Troy! Seemed a bit pricey but once we got our order and had a chance to look around it was worth every penny! Highly recommended!
