One of our top five favorites in New Jersey. In addition to great food of which must is supplied locally they offer a great prix fix menu and many special events.

Where do I start??? Parking in the area of the restaurant is almost impossible. the city of New Brunswick provides valet service for $10 and unfortunatley you have little choice but to use them. Ambience at the restuarant is upscale casual and pleasant. Every waiter I have had has been pleasant knowledge and gone over and above to make our... More

This place is not with the rest of the restaurants in New Brunswick. The building is near some brownstone townhouse next to the Hyatt Hotel. Food was very good!

Hood service, unique combinations of good food, excellent bar. Only issue is valet parking, now electronic but unneeded add on to an expensive restaurant. Still good after all these years

I hadn't been to the Frog and Peach for many years as I moved out of state. I was looking for a special restaurant in the area to celebrate a family occasion. I was delighted to find the Frog and Peach still on NJ best lists. Unfortunately I disappointed. The food was very good but the service...not so much. The... More

Hi Sharon, this is Chef Bruce. I'm sorry we missed the mark on your return visit to the restaurant. We have not heard many complaints of small portions in quite awhile but I do apologize. We will continue to work on all aspects of service as well, including anticipation! Please contact me at chefbruce@frogandpeach.com if you would like to try... More

I had the (special) soft-shell crab and the (regular menu) cacio e pepe. The former is probably not so unusual, but it worth having because it's done reasobably lightly in terms of breading and is nicely meaty. The latter is clearly a special of the chef. It's from Rome, and although you might be embarrassed by ordering it because it's... More

We had dinner for two on a Sunday night over the Memorial Day weekend. The restaurant was not especially crowded, but one table party was extremely noisy and since the inside restaurant is small with close quarters between tables, the clamor was distracting. (The weather was too hot to eat outside in the Garden Room.) The restaurant is located in... More

I don't know how good or bad this restaurant is for dinner etc. We went there for lunch yesterday and surprise, surprise. It's $.50 clam month for June!! As many littleneck clams as you want for $.50 each. Steamed or raw. I had steamed. My colleague had raw. Terrific. And less than $20 with a soda. Plus bread and tablecloths... More

The place is a bit pretentious, but overall is fine. It has a separate bar menu that it calls 'more rustic' but it is a great menu in and of itself. The regular menu is also great. But the wine is over-priced across the board.
