Met up with my brother and family at GSA prior to the RU / PSU game. Good mix of fans for both sides (I'm an RU fan). Beer selection was nice and wings were very good. Great place to go to watch the game if not going to HPS Stadium.

My Family and I stopped in at the George Street Ale House for dinner while staying nearby at the Hyatt Regency, Looked good on Open table and they took our reservation, which wasn't needed. This place is definitely more of a bar then a restaurant, but we were pleased with food and a very helpful server. The menu had a... More

The $5 lunch burger is like a frozen patty. If you don't sit at the bar, the service is very slow. The bartender is attentive and very fast. If you want to get anything, get a chicken sandwich, nachos, or tacos. They are very good.

As subscribers for more than twenty years we have seen George Street offering better and better productions. Last season was outstanding with exceptional productions being "The Second Mrs. Wilson" and "My Name Is Asher Lev".

Made a trip into the Hub for my Birthday dinner, and I wasn't disappointed. They have an okay selection of beer, and the Tuesday Margarita specials were good too. I somehow usually forget to take pictures, but my Pecan Bourbon Crusted Salmon was awesome. Just a touch sweet, but not worthy of a complaint. The other dinners were very good... More

Great vibe inside! Food is inventive and has a great beer selection! The staff is always friendly and it seems to attract many regulars. I stopped by for a pre theatre dinner and the server got everything out really fast. The Guinness stew was really good

We stopped in for a few drinks. They had a good happy hour special going on from 4 to 6:30. We just opted for a draft beer. Good service and decent selection of drinks.

WE arrived for a meal before a Concert at the State Theater and told both the Greeter and our Server, that we were on a timeline but had over an hour blocked. The food came out late, in a party of 6 at all different times, and one appetizer never showed up, and one desert missing. We complained about the... More

George Street appears to have changed its name to Garden State Ale House. It's located on George Street, 2-3 blocks from the New Brunswick Theater District and among many other restaurants and a few pubs/bars. The location is up a few stairs but there is a handicap elevator. The staff was very friendly and the place has a very lively... More

Made a reservation for six. Told the woman we were doing "Paint Night" at 7pm she said fine. When we got there they couldn't find a reservation however they were able to seat us. Our table was a four top and a two top pushed together. The tables didn't lineup evenly so that was a little bit awkward. It took... More
