As my previous review's title indicated, We Will Return. And as such we did. Not disappointed. Food, service, venue, was excellent. However, the price of the lunch special increased considerably. With the virus, I guess this is to be expected.

First time. Went with another couple. Service excellent, quality of food excellent.. Go and go! BYOB which saves $$$$,
I have dined here several times and have never been disappointed. Their green curry #2 (#3 being the hottest) is my absolute favorite. The dishes are always cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. The owners, a couple, are such sweet people, and somehow always remember...their customers' names! You feel like you've been invited into their home. Try it, you'll love it!More
The Rice Factory is a great restaurant the staff is extremely friendly and the decor is warm, The food is excellent freshly made with the succulent Honey Duck being my favorite dish among others. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.
Ordered pan seared salmon, very good. But my drunken noodles had 2 shrimp and a few small pieces of chicken. There were no veggies and NO Scallops. Sad that I left an awesome tip for take out and to come home to a disappointing dish...that was a waste of my money!!!!More
Since Thai is one of our favorite cuisines, we were searching for a new place near our house to go to. After a brief search online, we came across this one, and decided to try it out for lunch. We are glad we did, because...there was nothing about this restaurant we did not like. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the very friendly crew who gave us a nice table by the window. We noticed that the layout and décor were contemporary and classy, and the vibe and ambiance were friendly. The fresh Orchids everywhere added a classy touch. The Menu options were varied. But, given that it was lunch, we ordered the Tom Kha Gai Soup, Spring Rolls with the sweet Peach Dipping Sauce, Fried Rice with Crabmeat, and Green Curry with Salmon. We got everything at a spice level of 2 out of 3, and that was perfect. The Main Dishes came with a side Salad doused with Peanut Dressing. Everything was absolutely delicious, flavorful and obviously freshly made. The portions were large, so we carried the leftovers for another meal. We had a pleasant first experience, and will no doubt be returning.More
Wanted to try a new Thai place for my birthday. Rice Factory has good food. We had chicken dumplings and Roti appetizer. I had Drunken Noodles for my entree, a signature dish of the restaurant. Everything was good and tasty. The staff handled out larger...sized party seamlessly. My only criticism is the Thai food here is "Americanized". There is no level of heat to request, and I always ask for Thai hot dishes. A very good restaurant but I prefer a more authentic resturaunt in the area. Great Thai if you want a more Americanozed Thai menu.More
The Pad thia is tasty and served in a large portion. I find it hard to order anything else. They are good at handling gluten free and vegetarian. I have been a couple of times and will definitely go back. The staff are friendly and...attentive I warmly recommend this place.More
My husband and I have been going there since it opened. Always graciously met and attended to. Lots of appetizers, soups are great, the food is fresh, and the owners will concoct whatever is possible. The deserts are also worth a visit. Immaculately kept. It’s...near East Brunswick.More
I've been eating at Rice Factory Thai Restaurant at least once a week since they first opened. This is the best Thai restaurant that I have found in Middlesex County. The menu includes an extensive selection of soups and appetizers. The fried calamari is the...best I've ever had and the crab cake topped with avocado is lovely. The menu includes duck prepared several styles. There is a good selection of curried dishes and most items offer a choice of beef, chicken, scallops, shrimp, Etc. And the pad thai is superb as well. There is something here to appeal to every palate. For dessert try the chocolate souffle prepared with Grand Marnier.More
This place is awesome. it is a diamond in the rough. It is in a strip mall but when you go inside the place is really beautiful and cozy. The staff goes out of their way to please you. The food is great
First time here and very good. Got the sampler app to start. Boyfriend got the pad thai and I got the drunken noodles. I dont eat seafood which the drunk noodles had that and mushrooms which in allergic to so they didnt cook with any...of that. They do make substitutions if needed which I like. For dessert we got the mochi: green tea, chocolate and mango. We also got the fried banana with vanilla ice cream. All were delicious. Thai iced tea was very good too. You can specify what level of spice you want for food as well. BYOB. staff very friendly, saw a review that said they were rushed but we def didnt feel that way and food came out very quickly which was nice and they were good portion sizes. we will be back. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that I asked for more chicken in place of my seafood and it didnt seem like a lot to me in my drunken noodles but it was still good.More
Tasty food. Great service. Nice atmosphere. Would have liked a bigger rice portion but that’s just us!
Our only Thai restaurant....always dependably scrumptious. The staff here is always on the go, but also very friendly.
Nice decor, friendly staff, quick service, and nice lunch portions. I had the drunken fried rice, it was amazing. The thai basil was the perfect complement to this dish. Gave it the perfect punch to satisfy my tastebuds, but not overpowering. My wife had shrimp...pad thai. She's had so many different variations of chicken & shrimp pad thai, and indicated hands down, the best she's ever had.More
