We have been the Cafe Venezia several times and the food is always absolutely delicious!! The service is excellent as well and the staff is courteous - you never leave this place without a great feeling of having a wonderful night out! One of my...favorite salads here is the green bean salad, its so different from anything you will have anywhere else. All the fish dishes have been very good as well as the pasta dishes.More

WOW!!! Can’t say enough great things about this local byob. Staff is outstanding. Owner went out of his way to make my husbands stuffed long hots. My husband had called a few days ago in hopes it would be on the menu. The owner assured...him he would have them for him.. and he did. Top notch service at this place with top notch food to match. Great specials, great carpaccio, linguini and clams, out of this world veal parm, and of course the Brazino was amazing. Don’t miss this spot. They have it down here and know how to treat their guests.. like family.More

Cafe Venezia is a great little neighborhood BYO restaurant featuring classic American-Italian cuisine. The owners are exceedingly friendly, and service is terrific.

We were celebrating my wife's birthday. The rating for this restaurant were fantastic so we decided to give a try. The restaurant is located along Washington Valley Road. To park, you must go down a hill behind the restaurant and climb back up the hill....There is no handicapped parking and no other way to reach the restaurant besides climbing the hill and sets of stairs to the entrance. Inside we were warmly greeted and seated by the host. The atmosphere was very nice and well decorated. The waitstaff was well dress and very pleasant. We were unaware of a BYOB policy so we failed to bring a beverage to the restaurant. The hostess kindly provided us with a leftover bottle of wine to celebrate. Our order taken quickly and the meal was served promptly. The burrata was delicious both in taste and freshness. We both order the veal special. The food was almost tasteless. We had to add more salt to bring out some of the flavor but the dish was completely lacking in taste. What a disappointment. The bread pudding and cannoli for desert was above average but not exceptional. The overall rating is average because of the food taste for the entrees and parking concerns for handicapped persons.More

Slow service, ok food. One fish dish was horrible. Clearly was not fresh. Waiter claims that everything is "amazing: reality is it is ok. If everything is amazing the reality is nothing really is...

We decided to dine at home for a quiet romantic evening. In our quest for the best eggplant parmesan around we tried them, not bad... sliced a little to thin for my taste and had a strong oregano flavor I would of preferred basil. The...pasta with meat sauce was very good. I would probably return but not order the eggplant.More

It took literally 1 hour 15 min until our appetizers were served! Ridiculous. Our waiter seemed like he has higher priorities than us. Food pretty good but not exceptional. Stay away from the strangest smallest chopped salad you’ve ever seen.
