It is bad when an American Chinese restaurant has no rice to accompany your entrees and when it finally comes out, it is so hot that it is inedible. Our server disappeared when we needed more water and to order more drinks. The manager was...More

If have been at other PF Chang's out West and they are much better and have higher ratings. I believe this location can up its game a bit. Depending on the time of day and what day you come in, the service can vary greatly....More

2:15 Sunday afternoon - hoping for a nice late lunch. Looked mostly empty, maybe 25% full. Right away we had to wait a few minutes to be seated. That was surprising given the emptiness, but ok. Then we are brought to a table squeezed in...More

We weren't in any rush, but the time between courses was excessive. The server ( and I think a supervisor) repeatedly walked past our table where the menus, extra table settings and dirty dishes were left throughout the meal. It has been many years since...More

Had dinner here with a friend. The service was great and the food was very good. It was a little tricky to get to, but we figured out the turn arounds. Nice portions, fresh tasting and bold flavors.

My family and I went last Sunday at 3:30/4pm. They weren’t that busy, but we had to wait at least 10 minutes for a table. When we got to the table, the first thing I noticed were the wine glasses, which were cloudy and streaky-...More

Was at a store across when I decided to stop in for some takeout at PF Changs. Went straight to the bar so that I could order the takeout, was shortly greeted by a waitress/bartender, who provided me with a menu and I let her...More

Not my favorite place to go - I’d rather go to an authentic resteraunt than to here. I got the dish with the lobster and shrimp and received barely any lobster so I sent it back and for a different dish where I am pretty...More

Although I have a favorite dinner, I have ordered an array of different dishes and all have been wonderful! On a couple of occasions when I've had a complaint, it was immediately corrected. They also have a great reward program where points add up quickly!

Description
P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using fresh ingredients. With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang's now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrees, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.
