El Tule was previously the home of another restaurant offering Mexican fare. The Egoavil Family has infused the eatery with a vibe all its own. I have a thing for Ceviche. El Tule did not disappoint. I ordered the Ceviche Trilogy. The flavors and textures were authentic, superb and the presentation was equal to the task. This restaurant takes me to another place. Couldn't be happier.
