We were in the area and had Hamilton Inn on out bucket list. It was Wednesday night so the blue point oysters, normally $2.95, were offered for $1 each and their specialty cocktails were half price. We ordered a dozen oysters, the Greek Kale salad, French Dip and the East LA Tacos. The oysters were a bargain (though you can... More

the appetizers and starters were all great, but the entrees left a lot to be desired. It was a very hot day out and when we asked about the AC, the waitress said she could make it cooler. by the end of the meal the entire table was sweating and we noticed the back of the restaurant was much cooler.... Visiting Jersey City just for the night before we ventured over into the city. Friends suggested the Hamilton Inn and from the start I loved the location and the decor. We chose to sIt outside on this crisp August evening so I really didn't get a chance to check out the inside but there was plentiful seating for those wanting... More

Very nice location and food. Fast and friendly services, prices are okay: not cheap but def not expensive as well. Food was nice and good.

Came here for Hudson Restaurant Week and it wasn't bad. It was $38 for 3 courses (same as NYC Restaurant Week used to be...it's now $42 for dinner). To start, I had the spicy tuna tartare (avocado, jalapeno, ginger, sesame soy, wonton crisps). Maybe it was my fault for ordering raw fish here but I hated it. They over-marinated it... More

After visiting Liberty Park, we headed over here for a mid-afternoon meal with my Mom. When we walked in, the music was pretty loud, and we asked if they might turn the volume down a couple of notches, which was done readily. We ordered pints of beer, including a Pilsner for my mother, who is not at all a drinker;... More

Went there for a Saturday morning brunch, atmosphere and food was great. Brunch cocktails were great, especially the World's Best Brunch Cocktail. Eat outside if the day is nice.

great brunch spot. Local beers on tap, and the best fish tacos we ever had. The place gets packed, street parking can be tricky. We will definitely go back.

Can't beat the Hamilton Inn for dinner or brunch. Great atmosphere, friendly service and always reliably good food at decent prices. A neighborhood gem just off the park. Go.
