they are under new management now, and quality control is much better then it was before, sometimes my Generals Tso's chicken was over cooked but now with the new management it comes out perfect, light crispy outside, and moist and juicy chicken inside with a...savory sweet and spicy sauce the way it's supposed to be. I love the chicken curry fried rice too, its so good I have to make mine extra spicy, they have perfect eggrolls, big with lots of cabbage, there boneless spare-ribs are finger licking good, I get the small they give you a generous amount, the Singapore style mei-fun is also very good, I have tried many Chinese restaurants, living in Hoboken for 5 years now, and I keep coming back to this one, wonton soup has a rich broth with lots of pork and dumplings. Rice should never smell like mildew, and it is a bit disgusting to get rice that does. The spring rolls were more like rolls without the spring, as there really was no content in them. Avoid if you can.

The last time I ordered food from Green Garden, I said, that was the last time I would order from them. Time passes and there are no very good Chinese Restaurants in Hoboken, so I ordered from Green Garden hoping they improved. THEY DID NOT....The food I received did not even present a semblance of what I understand is authentic Chinese cuisine. I don't know what it is but it is not Chinese. Just in terms of taste, it didn't taste very good. Those looking for excellent Cantonese cuisine might want to try Congee Village in Manhattan but unfortunately Congee Village does not deliver to Hoboken.More
