We recently had the pleasure to visit Carlo's Bakery. While heading over to NYC on the PATH train we were pleasantly surprised to see that there was no line at Carlo's. We were expecting to have a significant wait time. We decided to get some pastries for the trip to NYC. We were no disappointed by the experience. The service... More

We visited here because our friend from Canada is a fan of Cake Boss, The cakes, puff and square taste better than it look. Buddy came around to say hi to everyone in the morning... he is quiet friendly. We also got a free apron which we gave to our very very happy neighbour. I would recommend this place.

We were visiting New York from Wales and the pupils wanted to make a visit to Carlo's bakery. Exceeded their expectation as Buddy did appear for photographs. They did wait for around 40 minutes for service but they left happy. Well done Carlo's bakery they were not disappointed by meeting their idols.

We had to see the original and the food did not disappoint! We pigged out and tried cookies, cream horns, cannoli, cream cake, and a cream puff. All great!

We were cruising from Cape Liberty NJ. I was so excited to find out how close we were to Hoboken. I have a home baking business. I had to go and visit Buddy's bakery. It was awesome. It was very easy to find. Parking was not easy but we went down a side street and found a place. I bought... More

Try the chocolate covered strawberries, they are huge like peaches, also the cookies, you'll love them. It's a Hoboken landmark.

On our way out of NYC, we stopped in Hoboken to see Carlo's Bakery. Wow - it's much smaller than I realized. I was expecting a line, but luckily - it was very short. We purchased some black and white cookies (delicious) and several cupcakes and a lobster tail. Everything we good. They even gave us a free mug for... More

The cake looks better than it tastes. Too sweet and not much flavor. Not great. The other baked items were fair and very expensive. Only one cookie I bought, a nut and egg white type was good. Wonderful to see the displays as the artwork is great. So disappointed that the food did not taste as good as they looked.
