My New favorite Hammonton Mexican go to restaurant. Never a bad meal. Many vegetarian options. The Aztec tortilla soup is incredible . Ceviche, Tostadas and Quesadillas very authentic taste and they don't skimp on the crema. I really love this place.

This is without a doubt the finest Mexican restaurant in the area. Only in Arizona and Texas can you find equal. ( Maybe Mexico) Everything is good. Try the Jamaica drink . Best around. Watch out, some of the jalapeños popper are extremely hot. Excellent

Live music. Good service. Tasty ethnic food. They are popular and friendly. On a Sunday afternoon pleasant place to relax. We especially enjoyed the singing guitarist. He created relaxing atmosphere. We park along the street.

Stopped in for dinner tonight since we hadn't been here in awhile. As always, the food was good but the service was not as good as the last time. My wife liked her half & half enchiladas and I really liked my bistek a la...Mexicana. We got a side of guacamole to to with our chips and it was superb. Server, however, was not. She was friendly, but not attentive at all, until she wanted to grab the signed credit card receipt. Prices are not bad and while the service is hit or miss, we'd probably go back.More

The building is easy to spot, colorful and inviting. They may not be known for the best service but the food here is tasty and well prepared. Some dishes remind us of the food we ate in Mexico City in a place recommended by the...locals. We also like their flan for dessert.More

Great authentic food! Needed some dinner during our brewery crawl. Food was delicious and portions were large. We had chimichangas and each brought half home. There was live entertainment, which added to the fun atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was a bit...slow to come out, which they apologized for, but we didn’t mind.More

It was New Years Day and a lot of places were closed. Drove by and they were open so we decided to try. Place was a little busy but not crowded. Young lady took our orders and brought our iced tea and soda. Then we...waited and waited and waited. She finally came back and said the food would be out soon. And we waited and waited. I told my wife, “5 more minutes and then we leave” she did not want to wait the 5 minutes..... but in 4 minutes the food came out. Then we realized we had no utensils. We looked for our server, no sign of her. We waited and finally she was heading to a different table and I flagged her down. I told her we had no utensils and she said “I know”. Walked away and slowly came back with them. Thank God the food was very good. Great flavor and good prices. Plus lots on the plates. I honestly doubt we will ever go back simply because of the service. I have talked to other people in Hammonton who had the same experience with their service.More

We visited for the first time today for lunch. Had the shrimp fajitas and pork burrito. The lunch along with the chips and three different dips were excellent. However, it certainly appeared they provide better service to the locals. It took the better part of...an hour to receive our meal. We then asked for boxes and a check when finished. Our server was more interested in chatting it up with her coworkers then brought what appeared to be a bottle of tequila with shot glasses and lime to table behind us. She then posed for a picture from then. I asked her nicely again for the box and check and she said it's coming. A gentleman who appeared to be the manager came over and asked if everything was all right. I said yes and what we needed. Our server then brought what we needed. We may try it again but it certainly seems as though we'd have better service if we were local.More

This a great place with authentic Mexican food. If you like beef tongue you must try their tacos (first photo). The enchiladas were fantastic and the service was good. I will return next time I visit NJ.

This restaurant was highly recommended by the folks at White Horse Winery and it did not disappoint. Restaurant served authentic Mexican fare. Basket of tortilla chips were the best I ever had, thin and crispy served with two sauces and refried beans. I ordered the...camerones a la Diablo (shrimp with onions in a spicy sauce served with rice and beans. Excellent with a good kick. Guacamole was fresh and tasty. Would definitely go back to try other menu items. Entertainment was definitely entertaining; Mexican guitar singer. Wonderful music with an interesting twist. He played Neil Diamond’s Sweet Caroline and had everyone in the restaurant singing “so good, so good” and even the kitchen staff could be heard in the background. Good time had by all.More

I have been to this restautant several times in the past and have been very impressed before. We took our son for his bday and were not impressed. I got the steak, chicken and shrimp fajitas and it was like scraps of chicken and steak...mixed in with what seemed like a whole pepper and onion. The sour creme was in a tiny plastic container and it came with no gauc. It wasnt bad but for 17 bucks i would think they could spare some guac and a decent amount of sour cream. My sons tacos looked ok and my wifes quesadilla was also ok. Overall ive had similar food at a chain restaurant and i dont have to drive all the way to Hammonton. We will skip this place next time and go to one of the other good mexican places.More
