Sadly, we never got to dine at Latour, due to poor communications from Reservations at Crystal Springs resort and the fact that someone canceled one of our two tables of four. Last we spoke to CS reservations they said they would set up two tables at 9:00. Then Latour tells us they only have one table of four and can't... More

I loved the meal at Latour .We had the 7 course tasting menu which was extremely expensive but delicious. Every course was a winner. We enjoyed quail egg with caviar, rare tuna and cucumber slaw, pan seared scallops, rabbit, beef, cheese course and dessert. All was great. However I was disapointed with the ambiance as the room is unimaginative and... More

To start I took my wife to Grande Cascades Lodge and this place is worth every penny!!! Everything was perfect from the staff to the room to the grounds. Perfect. I have to say the food was marginal at best especially for the price. In particular Latour was not worth the $300 plus tip. While the service was impeccable the... More

If you stay at grand cascades you have to experience the food as well. All the restaurants on the premises are a must try.

I can honestly say that this is one of the best and most upscale restaurants I have ever had the pleasure to eat at. Words can only barely describe how truly unique and refined their menu is. The wait staff was excellent in their suggestions, and the wine was superb. Everything was superb for that matter. Very expensive, but you... More

My husband and I ordered the five course tasting menu with wine pairings. The sommelier walked us through each of the wines. The courses were bigger than we expected. You won't walk away hungry. I would highly recommend it for a lovely gastronomic experience.

Rock star personalized service. Ive been here twice in the last month . You would think its an odd part of the world to have such a personalized venue and you will drop a solid $ here but if a tasting menu of fine food and wine is your game with stories about the presentation then Latour is a great... A recent visit to this 5-star gem helped kick the holiday season into high gear. From the cozy atmosphere of Grand Cascades Lodge and its attention to holiday details, right through the very last mouthful and sip. Chef Anthony Bucco had his ingredients "singing" and our palates "dancing". My wife and I were able to indulge in a sophisticated, yet... More

The food is excellent and the service even better. My wife and I had the 5 course dinner with wine pairings and were delighted with everything we ate and drank. Standouts: black trumpet mushrooms, milled grains and hen's egg; hamachi in a blood orange dressing; wagyu beef ribeye and the desserts. Suzanne (the sommelier) and Chris our head waiter patiently... Description
Restaurant Latour is the culinary crown jewel of our resort, an elegant oasis of refined cooking, gracious service and extraordinary wine in a luxurious setting. With Executive Chef Anthony Bucco at the helm, Restaurant Latour has refined its tantalizing dinner menu. Working with the country's premier foragers, as well as local farmers and purveyors, Chef Bucco has crafted two new menus: the 5-course "Anthology" menu and the 7-course Chef Degustation "Chef's Tasting" menu. The Anthology menu allows diners the opportunity to choose their fare of choice from 5 different categories. Menu selections can be paired with wines hand-selected by our sommeliers from the incomparable world-renowned Wine Cellar or an eclectic seasonal cocktail crafted by Resort Mixologist, Stephen Thomas. Executive Chef of Restaurant Latour, Anthony Bucco, relies on the rhythm of the seasons and local producers and foragers in creating menus that interplay with the resort's unparalleled bottle wine cellar. At Restaurant Latour, every detail is attended to, from the finest china to the polished service to the exquisite cooking. Relax and indulge in the refinement and comfort of a truly unique culinary destination.
