Were around the area and hungry! So I stopped by here for a lunch buffet( it's until 2:30pm) They offer good options- hot entrees, potatoes, fried bananas, steamed veggies. A nice salad bar and fresh fruit. Service -very attentive, would go back when I will be in the area.

This place is good. Attentive service and great food. This was my 4th visit and I will be back. You must try the Oxtails, baby pernil and ham croquettes. They even have a daily lunch buffet which is very reasonably priced.

I have to say I totally enjoyed this place, my meal tasted great. The outside of the restaurant does the inside no justice. The restaurant is warm and welcoming, very clean. The service was great and just right for the occasion. Definitely worth the trip. Prices were also very good. I will be back and will post pictures in my... More

I really loved the food in this place. It was tasty and very authentic. The only things that I didn't like very much was the do not sell alcohol and you have to bring your own, had known before hand... I had ropa vieja, empanadas and more, and everything was delicious. For dessert the chocolate fondue was excellent. Next time... More

I am an Hispanic so I know about latin food. The pork was very dry and not very tasty. My husband was not pleased with how dry the shrimp was... More

Casual Habana is about as authentic Cuban restaurant we've ever been to. Owner Ben is himself a trained chef & oversees this & his new location in New Milford with an eye towards great food & service. BYO here & street parking but full bar & valet parking in New Milford.

The service was exceptional. Everyone was attentive and the place was full. The shrimp with garlic sauce and ribs are excellent and my son is a very picky eater.

A small restaurant with a great atmosphere and very tasty food. I showed up on a busy Sunday with seven family members. Service was good; we were seated promptly. The appetizers and food had an authentic Cuban flavor. I will be coming back soon.

My wife and I had dinner with another couple at the nice cozy Casual Habana Cafe in Hackensack, NJ. The waiter was friendly and the food was delicious. I had Cuban-style chicken with rice (Arroz con Pollo).

Thank Ben B
