Great choice for a group dinner. Had a delicious meal under a tent during a rainstorm. Pasta with vodka sauce, salad, choice of chicken, cod, salmon, or veal for main course. Tiramisu and cheesecake to finish.

We have been going to Ancona since it opened! We love Tommy and his food is always consistent and delicious! We’ve had almost everything on his menu and have never been disappointed! Some of our favorites are fried calamari, spinach ravioli, ancona rigatoni and his...chicken parm. It’s a BYOB so bring your favorite bottle or cocktail! Tommy treats you like family. Give him a shot you won’t regret it.More

Their outdoor seating is comfortable even they are on the corner of two somewhat busy streets. Tom the owner is usually around to meet and greet and the seating was immediate. The menu is pleasing with the Pappardelle pasta ($26.95) very fresh and their Flounder...Françoise ($26.95 as well) moist and satisfying. This BYOB restaurant has very attentive service staff the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. They observe the distancing and wearing of mask rules.More

Good food, good service! Never disappoints. Plan to visit alone, or with friends; you are always treated like a welcomed guest and are never rushed! The pastas are made on premises and are delicious.

Ate at Ancona bistro in the last week and had the cappellini, which was not very tasty and also very small portion and a little on the high end of expense. Staff very pleasant very helpful, Restaurant great ambience, good location. Could’ve been just a...bad night.More

Came here on Father's Day and really enjoyed it. Food was great. Not expecting brunzini this good in middle of New Jersey. The salad was fresh and pasta was cooked perfect. Kids loved the calamari and chicken dishes. Dessert was spot on, great gelato...and service...was really good, considering the place was packed. Only point to know ahead of time that it is BYOB. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for here .More

Ancona is a consistently good BYOB. We went for dinner but lunch is a great deal. We chose to eat inside but the weather ws ideal for outdoor dining.

We eat here occasionally, and the food is always fantastic. No matter what we order, it is always cooked to perfection. The portions are large, and the presentation is lovely. The service is the best - everyone working here is so pleasant and friendly. The...desserts are also terrific...no matter what we order. A truly wonderful dining experience. Looking forward to eating here again and again!More

First time here...brought there by friends for lunch. Greeted warmly.... noted it to be clean, light and cheerful. A relatively quiet place, Excellent choices for lunch, reasonable prices. Service was excellent and we never felt as if we rushed to leave. I started with eggplant...rollatini with a fabulous red sauce. The crab cake looked great. I had chicken anacona as a main course..chicken with eggplant, roasted peppers and goat cheese...simply delicious. My wife enjoyed her vegetable soup and the pasta fagioli looked wonderful. Excellent choice of deserts and great coffee. I am certainly coming back.More
