We visited for a late lunch on a Sunday. This restaurant has a prime location near to the hiking trail and river bridge on the main street, Pleasant atmosphere in the covered area off the main cafe, though would have been better to have not been seated right next to the "not an entrance" door that everyone used as an... Wow - what a lovely afternoon! The food was delicious and perfect for a family afternoon in the sun in French town. Didn't feel rushed but also didn't have to wait too long - perfect really! Only thing is the Puds looked out of this world but I resisted :)

if you are a picky eater, this might not be the place for you, but as a foodie, I think this place is great! I've been there in the Spring & Summer & both times I was able to enjoy outdoor seating. The service is great but if you have a large party... be prepared to squeeze in! It's located... More

I live in town and my husband and I visit this cafe frequently. The food is always fresh and delicious, including the baked goods. The atmosphere is a bit funky and we like that. I like to sit in the side areas with all the windows. You get a view of the river, the walking path, and the bridge. which... More

Went there last weekend with my spouse. We like Frenchtown and know the food can be really good at this restaurant. It's a casual kind of place, but from past experiences, we have had very slow and spotty service. This time was no exception. Derek, our waiter did not make us feel very confident that he was going to be... More

Every meal we had was fantastic. The food was fresh and the service was good. If you eat outside, expect yellow jackets to be buzzing around. PS their sweets are to die for!

I've eaten at Bridge Cafe about a half dozen times over the past three years, but hadn't been back since about Dec 2011. In the past, everything we had was very tasty, service was fine, and the location was terrific for watching the river and passersby. I only regretted that I hadn't brougt my children to share it with my... More

Delicious, easy and a great setting for lunch. My chicken burger was a bit bland, but the bacon and fries were very good.

Frenchtown was a bustling place on sunny Sunday afternoon. The cafe is located close to the Delaware River next to the the Frenchtown Bridge. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, the place seems to be a major pit stop for the hoards of bicyclists using the footpaths. The indoor seating has tons of windows and a great view, of... went yesterday order 2 steak sandwich specials for $11.00 each, so skimpy that both sandwiches together did not even make one nice sandwich, also charging $2.50 for a glass of plain brewed tea....never again, kids working there don't know what is what or how to handle a customer question without help.... I wouldn't waste your time and money!
