This place has amaaaazing hwe dup bap (raw fish over vegetables and rice) and their Korean BBQ is solid!

I gave 3 stars because of the poor ventilation. Otherwise this is at least 4 star eatery. It looks that almost all the tables are equipped with built in gas grill in the table for the grilled BBQ, but the poor ventilation makes the restaurant smoke filled place. I don"t know if it violates the fire code of Fort Lee... More

Dong Bang Grill is probably the best korean bbq in the tristate area I tried.... With Baekjeong in Flushing being second.... However, it is a little bit pricey though.

Always enjoy table cooking with great ingredients. Friendly efficient service. A repeated pleasure for years. Pretty sure many of the customers we see arrive en mass following funerals across the street

We love bulgogi -- grilled marinated beef! It is served with a large assortment of condiments, vegetables, spicy kimchee, rice, and is eaten rolled in a romaine leaf. Kids enjoy eating with their hands...as do we! Tasty and fun. Service is quick. Reservations are only accepted for parties of 6+. Make sure you arrive early, the place is always busy.

The eatery is housed in the second floor of a well-appointed building surrounded by plants and flowers. Courteous valet service available. A nicely appointed reception desk. Seating area was clean and spacious. Distinguished decors. Mostly quiet but an imperfect acoustics. Personable and uniformed wait staff armed with an electronic device, communicating among themselves and with the kitchen. the menu included... More

Dong Bang is a very expensive restaurant and the portions are very small. My family was very disappointed in the quality of the meat for the prices they charge. After we spent almost $200.00 for a family of 4, we were all still hungry.

Dong Bang Grill reminds me of an old restaurant joke: Not only is the food bad, there's not enough of it. Seriously though, the short ribs were delicious. The other dishes were not. Maybe we didn't order the right items, but the servers were not exactly helpful or friendly. With the main BBQ dishes they cover the table end to... More

We come to this restaurant regularly and not once were we disappointed. Food is excellent, tasty and fresh, must be also authentic Korean because majority of customers are Koreans. I would recommend Galbi on the grill, but this time we also tried Bulgogi and fried beef dumplings. No need to order appetizers - your meet comes with lots of side... More
