Went there with a couple of friends, all of us well familiar with the Arab cuisine. The hummus which is typically every Lebanese restaurant claim to fame was good, not excellent, and came in a small quantity without fresh pita bread. The fatush salad followed and was nothing special. The entrees were of reasonable, not big by any means, portions... More

The food was very tasty food. Portions are large, don't really need an appetizer. Service was attentive but not rushed. We'll be back.

We eat faithfully at both Roses. Very good dishes, kebabs appetizers and desserts! Very reasonable prices and bring your own wine/beers!

Visited in September for dinner. Nice small and intimate space. Appetizers were huge. Food was excellent, had the mixed grill. Don't pass on the baklava for dessert!

Downside- Don't know if there had been a party upstairs earlier in the day on the Saturday evening we were there, but either way they should have cleaned the floor & tables upstairs before seating people for dinner. There was so much food on the floor that it was actually a turn-off. Look more like there was a food fight.... More

Excellent chicken dishes..The chicken is really marinated. Many restaurants say they marinate but you can tell they really don't. We normally get the Labneh with Garlic and Walnuts, Babaghanouj, and an Armenian salad, then move on to the Shish Tawook Chicken Platter and I get the Terbiali Tawook Chicken Platter. It is spicy and delicious. The menu is extensive and... More

This place is a hidden gem. Lebanese food made with the freshest ingredients and the best flavors. Whole grilled fish, beautiful vegetables, delicious hummus. Cannot wait to go back to this terrific BYOB. Perfect place to eat if you're seeing a show at the nearby Bergen PAC.

Very good food with large portions(maybe too large}. No need for appetizers as they put 3 different items on the table to pick on with your wine. Menu is varied enough to please everyone. Good place for a party. Waiting staff can use a little more knowledge of the menu. BYOB always a good feature. Prices are reasonable. They accept... More

Fantastic Saturday night with a big group of 10 for my mother-in-law's birthday. We ordered an appetizer platter for 4, plus a few a la carte appetizers. Favorites on the platter were the tabouleh, hummus and falafel, while the tomato/cuc salad, meat stuffed bread and tomato platter were great additions. I would not order the spanakopita again. There are so... More
