Went here for a "quick" bite. We were the only diners in the restaurant. It took a while to get our food - made fresh (?) - ok. My husband had "chicken vegetable soup" - he enjoyed it BUT we didn't realize the price when...we looked at the menu....$9 !!!!! Wasn't THAT good! I ordered the lomo saltado w/egg. Eggs were very overdone, inedible. The meat was ok, not enough gravy (which was very tasty). The french fries tasted greasy. I've had much better. Was always curious to try this place since it's close to home. Tried it, forget it. I'll travel to Passaic.More

Horrible service, had to wait 1.5 hours for the food, ceviche was old and gross and the shrimp i ordered in garlic sauce was given to me in White sauce that tasted disgusting, the rice was 3 weeks old at least and the potatoes rock...hard. We ended up with a stomachache and we couldnt even finish the food of how gross it was! We paid 55 dollars for the worst food ever!More

2nd time I ordered for delivery. They said 40 minutes, 1 hour 30 minutes later we were still waiting. Called to cancel, they wouldn't do it because we ordered with credit card. Told us to talk to delivery person/manager. Well, he did not help either....Very POOR customer service. WILL NEVER ORDER OR GO THERE ANYMORE. Will tell everybody I know not to go there or order anything from them ever.More

We went there about 5:30, ordered the food and it didn't come out until 6:30. The roasted chicken was not fully cooked, one could see it was uncooked and one could see the chicken blood. The papa a la huancaina didn't taste as huancaina at...all. The lomo saltado was okay, but nothing special. If you want to experience real Peruvian food, then DON'T go to this restaurant. Food is awful,More

Awesome food. I have been to a few Columbian/Peruvian restaurants in the same locality and this is one of my best choice for quality food. Loved their chaufa rice. My friends had lomo and they said it was awesome. Parking is an issue here ,...as the restaurant has no parking. You have to park in side streets and walk to this place. its worth it though. Overall a great experience . It took a lil while to get the food but once we got it, we finished it within no time 😊More

Went to this restaurant on a whim and for the price, the food was good with a good portion. For those days that a fast food joint just won't do, this spot is a good, economical option.

This is the second time we have eaten at Sara Sara, we went back because my husband loved the Seafood and Hot sauce the first time we went there. He ordered it again and it was just as delicious as it was the first time....I had fried pork chops the first time and had fried Steak this time, it was all good. Service is excellent.More

We ate here last winter and we were the only diners. The food was ok, the service was amateurish. We have not returned and I doubt that we will.

We enjoyed our dining experience. All the food was well prepared, and I thought my lomo saltado was excellent The server was very pleasant and helpful in answering questions about the menu. And the meal was inexpensive. I'll be back.
