Best experience - giant portions

I was craving pork and googled restaurants. Found this jewel and couldn’t be happier. Great atmosphere and staff was super. The fried pork chunks and the roast pork were well seasoned. The rice and beans were made congri. The yucca was with garlic and onions and just perfect. Best part was the portions were enormous. Don’t pass up an opportunity to dine here!

Hidden to the masses

Went to the Tiki Mojito for the first time and found the food to be awesome. I had gone pass the this place a number of times and never gave it a second thought. I went there to celebrate 2 wedding anniversaries. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food had a very good presentation and was delicious. Because of Covid-19, we were outside under tents so I did not see the inside. It is a place where we will beguiling up to the table agin

The Ultimate Skirt Steak

I believe they make the best skirt steak I've ever had. Their grilled bread with olive tapenade is also a nice touch.

Not what I expected

Place has a lot of space. But staff is all about who spends the most. They came to see if I needed service once every 2 hrs . There was no DJ . Lack of service. The only good things was the prices. Otherwise it was not a good experience.

"Fabulous Food Amazing Prices"

This restaurant not only has amazing food and drinks but the prices are very reasonable. The Mojito chicken is fabulous. The lobster bisque (which is a special but wished is was permanently on the menu) was the best I ever had and shocked that the price was so cheap. Rack of Lamb (another special) were amazing. Sangria is fabulous. Staff and service was perfect. I actually travel from Brooklyn because it's worth the drive. Highly recommend. A must try!

Very good drinks. Try their coconut Mojito. The best churrasco steak n their servings are plenty. The service is excellent.

This restaurant bar is fairly small, ut does habe tv screens amd pretty clean, the bar staff is friendly, but they claim a VIP section that blocks most of the small dance floor,not good for dancing

Not good anymore

We visited this place a few times in the past and it was good. However, were recently there and the food was not good; I order a dish with pork (pernil) and it tasted weird so I asked the server to take it away as I couldn't eat it and they still charged for it. I had also previously noticed that they use too much salt to their food. They probably changed cook?? I don't think I'll be back to this restaurant.

Great Food and Drinks

I used come here for dinner at least a few times a year. However, I haven't been here in the past two years and decided to have dinner there this past Monday. Never a disappointment! The pitcher of red sangria was just as I remembered "delish" in addition to their appetizers, entrée and the toasted bread with olive spread at each table. Its not as crowded mid week as it is on the weekends, so I prefer going when its less crowded. I had the skirt steak with black rice and beans, maduros and yucca and my date had the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and veggies as our entrée and chicken empanada and chicken wings for appetizers and we were both pleased! Definitely plan on going back soon to taste another dish.

Went there expecting this great experience and was disappointed the food wasn't that great for the price I could cook better than whoever was cooking that night and the prices outrageous for some tasteless Spanish food

Went on 5/23 for my birthday. Well I must say that I was impressed. I drive by this place everyday 2 x a day and never bothered to stop in, glad my first choice was closed on a Monday because I was in a food coma after this place. They serve you warm, toasty bread with a olive oil spread- good. Appetizer was plantain cups filled with shrimp and cheese sauce- good and fried calamari- both were good. Dinner was baby rack of lamb with veggies and mashed potatoes and some dinosaur looking oxtails with yellow rice and tostones- great food. No dessert because I had 3 cakes at home to try. The margaritas my hubby had were decent in size and made just how he likes- little ice. The Passion fruit sangria I had was not good at all. It taste like syrup but the white sangria was ok. No the best but def not the worst. All in all I would def return to try out the extensive food menu.

We always wanted to try it. It was great, nice mojitos, appetizers great. My husband got the oxtail and it was nicely done. I got the roast work and was good too. I like the bread with olive they give.

I have been dining at Mojito ever since I read a very positive review in our local newspaper about 5 years ago. I have recommended it to friends who have also enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The garlic bread with the olive spread is to "die for". The prices are fair, the portions are large and the food is consistently outstanding. Mojito has the potential for excellence if the service improved. Also, parking is major issue (they have a bar downstairs which contributes to the parking unavailability). I'm not sure how they can improve the parking situation except for offering valet parking. Overall, I look forward to dining there again in the near future and recommending Mojito to others.
