We tried Sawa (not the hibachi section) the other week while visiting with family in the area. The menu was very small for their sushi and entrees/appetizers. The food was delicious (the yaki udon with chicken was amazing), but it was pretty pricey. Our bill was $135 and no one drank and 3 people only got 1 sushi roll each... More

Excellent both in respect to Table and Grill side service. Entrée components are high quality. Portions are above average.

We've been hearing how great Sawa is and last night we stopped in to eat at the Sushi Bar. The rolls were very good and at reasonable prices. We had a Spyder roll for $11, spicy tuna $5.50, Eel Avacado $6, and Tuna Roll $5. We enjoyed it but didn't find anything stand out great. We've heard this is one... More

My wife loves this place as she eats sushi 3 times a week. She is a regular and belongs to their frequent dining club.

I've been going to Sawa since it was a BYOB restaurant, there were no giant aquariums, and you had to walk across a little bridge to get seated in the hibachi area. My Tri-color sushi dinner was very good, but the restaurant itself is losing it's appeal. I sat in the bar area in freezing cold conditions, I'm not sure... More

Nothing to write home about. Very average at best! A bit dated and nothing stuck out.Plain and average.

Best sushi outside of Asbury! And their pineapple fried rice bowl is divine! We frequent this place a lot, the staff is always super friendly and the service is fast

Went here for a Saturday lunch (they open at 3). It was very good, we had great apps, and my sushi rolls were very good. The only thing that was not so great was the wine we had, for $20+ a bottle it was terrible.

We went here and chose hibachi for dinner. I forget how noisy these dinners can be with birthday celebrations not relaxing. Food is just pase too expensive for what you get. I recall that a thank you dessert like pineapple or fortune cookie was given with the bill not any longer or at least not here. It feels like a... More
