The first time we went the food was really good and the service was great. Well the service is still great but the food was just OK. I had the southern wrapped stuffed shrimp and my husband had a steampot that had corn, lobster and crab legs. My dish was good, but it was really spicy. The bacon was done... More

We loved our server Rebecca, she provided us with excellent service! We will return. Great food and great prices. The playground was a life saver.. It kept our kids busy while we waited for the our food.

Meal was average. Not a good choice locally when so many other seafood restaurants are available in this Jersey Shore area. Service was excellent. Price was to the high side for the food quality used to prepare the entrees.

Came here midweek early for dinner. Enjoyed the relatively empty dining area (tip to those who dislike the noisy atmosphere). I had the lobster and crab pot. Included inside were shrimp, sausage, potatos, and corn on the cob. I enjoyed the dish, ate the whole thing. I wasn't sure I'd finish it when it came out. Taking time to shell... More

We've eaten at Joe's Crab Shack at different locations across the country and have always been pleased. We tried the location in Eatontown and were terribly disappointed ... TWICE! Food was seriously overcooked and it's very noisy. Service was okay both times but the food was so awful that it was hard to appreciate anything else. How hard is it... More

The food was good and the service was great - unfortunately the price you pay for the AMOUNT of food on your plate is ridiculous. you can go to pour house in shrewsbury on a Monday night and spend less than 20$... you get a lobster soup and a salad. unfortunately I will not be returning.

The kids love this place. Fun place with a large crowd to celebrate a birthday. The snow crab is very good. I'd go back just for the snow crab. Lobster was overlooked. Margaritas are too sweet. Service was very friendly.

Family had lunch there (3 generations) and we all enjoyed our meals. The General Joe's shrimp was THE favorite (six of us shared, two kids got 4 each, two adults got 3 each and two seniors got one each). I got the redfish and lobster sauce (really tasty and not one bone in the entire dish). Others dishes ordered were... More
