My boyfriend and I came for lunch; it's got a Mediterranean feel to it and the food was so fresh and so delicious. If you order a salad beware, they give HUGE portions! I had to ask for a little plate to put some on in order to mix my salad. It's family owned and very good! Right across the... More

My husband and I ate here in July and really enjoyed the food. I got the chicken pesto panini with a side salad and my husband got the gyro with a side salad. Both sandwiches were tasty (we like to share) and the salad had nice greens with chick peas and thinly sliced cucumber. The bill was under $20, which... More

The food is awesome, huge portions as ever in South Jersey but it tastes just as good for lunch the next day! I said I'd happily eat the tuna steak "if it was still swimming on the plate" and the chef made it extra rare for me - delicious!

George's Place is a must visit restaurant when in Cape May. I visited for dinner this month, but have also enjoyed George's for breakfast in previous years. The portions are quite large. A Greek or Caesar salad comes with every meal. I think everything on the menu is delicious. The pita bread is the best I've ever had. I ordered... More

Good food right near the ocean. Diner style and flexible when we asked for substitute sides. Service was friendly and we would come again.

We stumbled across this restaurant/diner style restaurant 6 years ago for breakfast and were blown away! This is a must visit for breakfast and/or lunch.

Come to George's for great home-cooked food and informal Greek ambience. They don't take reservations, but you can put your name in in person beginning at 5 o'clock, and they will reserve you a table. Everything comes with orzo and a Greek or Caesar salad. the humus appetizer is great. This time I had lamp chops, and they were very... More

Whenever we are in Cape May, George's is always a first stop for lunch. We are never disappointed. This time I had the chicken gyro with salad and my hubby had the Philly cheese steak. Delicious and if there is a wait, WAIT and don't miss out!

Thank Cindy K
