Stopped by for an early dinner. Pizza and a burger. Burger was very tasty. Asked for crispy fries. Excellent. Service was excellent. Our only problem was the Pizza. The sauce was like water and tasteless. I guess we have to blame ourselves to some degree. Why order a Pizza in a bar/pub/grill restaurant? I guess we should have informed the... More

Attended a bridal shower here. It's decorated like from the 1950's unless that's the decor from the 50's. Rustic I guess is the look. The pizza came as an appetizer. It was thin crust. Nothing special. The 4 main courses were on a par with that, tho the roast beef tasted really 'off' and I didn't eat it past the... More

All their pizza's a great cracker-crust style, and my favorite is the Margerita Rosa pizza, which is tomato, fresh mozzerella and a pink tomato/cream sauce. Also, they have buffalo shrimp that I could quite possible live on. Burgers are plump and juicy, salads are huge and fresh, and steaks are cooked to perfection. This place is ALWAYS packed at night,... More

I do like the atmosphere here. The server I had I think was over whelmed when we were here. We came in for lunch it was busy. I just wanted some soup and wings. I got the chicken dumplings soup which was OK at best. The wings I ordered looked like a half portion. There wasn't even a little hot... More

I've been eating at Chimney Rock since I was a young girl and I've always loved it. We live out of state, so every time we go visit family, I request eating at Chimney Rock. I was there for a family get together a few weeks ago and it was fantastic as usual.

We had my daughter's first birthday party here in February for about 50 people, including a lot of fairly rowdy kids. The event coordinator, Cindy, was very responsive and helpful leading up to the big day. The food (at least what I had while running after the birthday girl) was good; my guests especially enjoyed the hot, thin-crust pizzas and... More

Great for a local family restaurant and a lively bar scene. Their pizza is thin and tasty. Their overall menu is varied Italian. The beer choices are numerous and the wine is just ok. Parking can be difficult and the wait whenever I went was extensive. A few times I was able to avoid the wait by going to the... More

Great tap beer choices and super thin crust pizza. Wait is usually tolerable without reservations. We called ahead to be on the list but it never made it Be prepared on a grids or Saturday for a big crowd. Mexican and buffalo chicken pizza were excellent

Chop Rock salad and pizza varieties are a favorite; we have dined here as a couple, team and family regularly for years. Always busy with an upbeat atmosphere. Looonnng wait for a table weekends after 5 PM but a fun spot where your kids are welcomed and simple bar style food is well served by very experienced waitstaff.
