This is one of the better Filipino restaurants in Jersey. We stopped here for a halo-halo treat. Disappointed it didn't quite look like the picture (for the price, it needs more mixture besides beans). There was no langka & buko; skimped on the kaong & nata... Its also pricier than their competitors. We also bought take-out. The food will not disappoint - normally - except my halo-halo today.

We've been at Pandan with friends for dinner. The menu is an interesting mix of Asian cuisine and offers a lot of variety. The service was OK and the food was good and very tasty.

We always come here if we're craving for Pinoy food. We always get an excellent service and everything tastes great! We already tried almost everything from the menu. Serving is huge. A great place to bring Filipino family and friends that are visiting from other states.

I've been here a couple of times now and I've enjoyed it every time. I primarily order the Pancit, BBQ Sticks (Chicken), Lumpiang Shanghai, and the Halo Halo. All delicious. I also personally like smaller "family-style" restaurants, and this fits that mold. The staff is very courteous and attentive. Only negative, it's on a main road (Broad St) so parking could be hit or miss on finding a spot close to the restaurant.

Food was good. I have had better Filipino/Thai food
I also have had a better experience in the past at this business.
Apparently under new ownership, so could be the reason for the lackluster experience. I was seated in the back room and felt displaced back there, especially being able to see into their locker room and employees frequenting that area. There was also a table with boxes piled on the back wall
Service was great tho.
Checkout was embarrassing..cash only! No mention of this until I handed them my credit card..had to leave my guests to get cash from an ATM
there were credit card signs on the door.
Unsure if I will return.

SO GOOD! Please open in Toronto!
Thoroughly enjoyed my Filipino meals at Pandan. I was just visiting NJ but wanted to try too many things that I ate there twice.
Generous servings, fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, such great valiwhat more can you ask for?
- mango salad with duck (wow faves on a plate, savory duck, sweet/sour mangoes)
- fresh roll (giant)
- look at that prawn in the curry
- best crispy pata: so crispy on the outside and tender inside; still need to try the lechon kawali but could only eat so much.
- pinakbet fried rice: great flavor and MASSIVE (that plate’s a meal for 2!)
- I’ve missed you, turon with langka (jackfruit), with bonus ice cream
- sticky rice, also with bonus ice cream
- sans rival, mmmm butter
- not a halo-halo person but yummmm
Can’t wait to try the Kamayan feast, lunch specials, and lechon kawali next time!

This was our first time at Pandan, we went there for my Birthday with my wife, daughter and future son-in-law. We found Pandan on TripAdvisor, which I always use for recommendations anywhere on earth. We were looking for a Filipino restaurant and this one sounded perfect. It absolutely was perfect. My Crispy Pata was fantastic, the Thai Fried rice was the best we've ever had, and every dish we had was just perfect. We will most definitely return. Oh, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were great!

Wow! I was introduced to this gem of a restaurant because we were in search for the best halo halo in the area. We had previously gone to another Filipino restaurant for lunch and was quite happy with the food. However, after arriving to Pandan, we ended up not only trying their halo halo but we also tried several dishes. I was impressed with their food. Their palabok was so much better than the palabok that I had from a famous chain Filipino restaurant. The fried vegetable lumpia was excellent. The tahong was cooked with green peppers that really enhanced the dish. Everything we had was delicious — yema cake, Pandan, and of course the halo halo. I highly recommend this place. Oh yes, the Thai dish we ordered, #54, chicken with walnuts, was also a hit.

I always come here because their halo halo is the best for me so far in jersey area
It really taste like the real fiesta halo halo in the Philippines
Crispy beef is also a must try with Shanghai egg roll is a good appetizer
Mussels in bean sauce is a safe order
All other menu is just satisfactory

Good Filipino food, enough to satisfy a craving. Visited the Phillipines and fell in love with the food. I live close by - so it's good in a pinch if you don't want to drive to JC. Tried a few dishes and they were all tasty. They have a variety of Asian dishes representing different locales. Will return.

Our first visit to this restaurant was a good experience.
Philippine, Thai and Vietnamese cuisines. Good-size portions
of flavorful food. A large selection. We chose
Vietnam spring rolls, shrimp-eggs- noodles, grilled squid. The squid
could have been more tender, but it was nicely spiced.
A full house on a Thursday evening. Not noisy. BYOB.

We just came from a function that served Italian food and it was beyond disappointing! So to appease my tastebud, decided to look for a comfort food that is near to my heart. Just looked for a Filipino restaurant that was closed to where we were and came stumble upon this place. At first I wasn't sure if this is something I would really like since it seems to be fusion...
When we arrived it wasn't busy yet and we were seated right away. We were given the menu right away. The rest of our party was still on their way. It was going to take them about 20 more minutes. I was very pleased that they were not hovering us to order already since we were not complete. Finally we decided to order Siomai and lumpiang shanghai. Both were excellent! I love the dipping sauce of the siomai! Taste just like back to the Philippines!!
When our party came, we ordered Pork Sinigang, Sisig, Pork Adobo Flakes, Molo Soup, Pansit Bihon, Pandan Special Fried rice and BBQ pork. All were good but particularly loved the Sisig and the Pansit.
The staffs were all very kind and helpful.
Overall would go back to this place if we are in the neighborhood again!👍

This restaurant is small but big with surprises.
It is always very clean, with friendly and courteous staff, decor is simple and elegant,
and most of all, they are very consistent with the taste and quality of their food.
They have varied selection of Asian cuisine , even with their price pix lunch menu.
We have been there many times and the place can even accomodate small parties of 25 people in a private room.Desert menu is varied and are all good.
