Decent place to grab beer and some finger food when you need to cool off from the sun. Located right across the beach. Service is a little slow. Beers are super. And good view

The food and service here need changing. The wait time for food is ridiculous and the service is horrendous. Drinks are bland and just horrid. They cannot make mojitos! This place has been around for a very long time and looks it. Don't waste your money or time.

We were looking for a place to eat some seafood and have a cold beer, while at the beach and ended up at D'Jais Bar & Grill in Belmar. The place is practically managed by Teenagers! The menu was even sadder than the service, our Margaritas were bland and tasteless. The loaded tortillas were served straight from the microwave! The... More

Just went for a girls' trip to the beach. Here were our concerns: 1. Ordered a mango daiquiri, got a mojito. They fixed the order. 2. Ordered sweet potato fries, got regular. They fixed the order. 3. Food took forever to arrive (almost 40 minutes), and 4. Got charged for both mango beverages. 5. A busboy was cleaning off our... More

Based on previous reviews, I was not expecting much from this restaurant. Still we felt compelled to try D'Jais based on its proximity to the boardwalk. We were in fact very pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, with a staff of young but very professional waitresses. We had the corn shrimp bisque, Atlantic wrap and clam sandwich which were all... More

D'jais is right across from the beach. Good place for lunch. At night turns into a club.... Typical Jersey Shore place to eat drink and be merry

It was directly across Ocean Ave, so I went. The service was very good. My clams on the half shell were good, but I would have preferred if they were served on ice (I guess I'm picky). The tuna wrap was also good. I also ordered a vodka and OJ and I felt that it was too weak for the... More

This restaurant is directly across the street from the beach. It is very convenient to sit on the beach all day and then when you are ready for a drink and lunch you just walk right across the street. We sat at a table outside in the sunshine and it was great! We ordered 2 fresh squeezed orange juice with... More

A typical beachfront bar and grill. Staff put off by working. Prices reasonable. A lot of locals eat here and get better service than off the street people. Not especially clean. Sticky table top.
