You could say, "soup and sandwich" and not adequately convey the offerings at PP. FRESH, creative, varied ingredients, family-sized options, vegan and gluten-free options all in a nice, clean, bright space. I'd like to see a little more from the bakery area, perhaps more like...Brownie Points in Summit, but that's a nit. The other options more than make up for it. I'll be stopping here again for one of those amazing salads or work-saving dinner options. So glad they are in town!More

Our first visit to Priscilla's did not disappoint. The line outside the window to place your order speaks for itself. The menu is on the bulletin boards outside which changes daily and once you place and pay for your order at the window, a server...will bring you your food when it is ready. There are a few tables on the side patio but most people take their food to go. There is no inside seating at this time. There is a large selection of breakfast items such as sandwiches, quiche, as well as lunch selection such as burritos, hot or cold sandwiches, chili and soups. The food is excellent. Amongst us we had the buffalo burritto, chicken salad and tuna salad and a farro and brussel salad. The apple fritter was shared and did not disappoint with chunks of apple inside. Everything was homemade and delicious. It is only open during the week M-F for breakfast or lunch. Definitely worth the wait.More

Priscilla's Pantry just opened up after relocating from their old location to a new building on the corner of Rte 202 and N. Maple Ave across the road from the Old Mill Inn Hotel. This busy corner location should be good for business. The pantry...still offers Sandwiches, Soups, Mason jar salads, Deserts, and great tasting Locally Roasted Coffee. My wife loved the flavor and aroma of the dark roasted coffee.More

Adorable and homey place in the heart of Liberty Corner. Parking lot attached. So many fresh and interesting items to choose from. Several breakfast fajitas, scones, crumb cake, donuts, jars of oats and fruit, fruit smoothies, are breakfast options as well as coffee. Salad choices...included Greek salad, Buffalo chicken salad, and salad with sprouts, chickpeas, and quinoa. Small quiche choices were Sundried tomatoes and feta or spinach and pamasean. Sandwiches included various wraps and egg salad on a roll, refrigerated possible dinner items were chicken teriyaki and Thai turkey meatloaf, and Mac and cheese. Such fresh delicious food at reasonable prices.More

Priscilla's has the cozy feel of a friend's house. You walk into the counter area and select your food from the small but eclectic menu posted on the wall. The server will then bring your selection to where you are seated in the next room,...which looks much like the public area of a Vermont inn with several small tables and some easy chairs. The food is excellent. Amongst us we had a trio of sliders (roast beef/chedder/horse radish, chicken salad on a croissant, turkey with apple), a bowl of turkey chili, a bowl of mac and cheese, and a bowl of chicken/corn chowder. Everything was quite tasty and obviously prepared with care. Cold drinks as well as a selection of coffees are available. Since the seating is limited, many folks seem to take out. This is well worth a try if you are in the area.More

Fresh and healthy ingredients. Two rooms- one where you order and one where you can sit and relax with a charming homey decor. Met the owner; so friendly. So is her staff. Salads in a canning jar which you bring back for "refilling". Many great...combinations. Quiche is yummy and also fresh salads. They will warm. There is handmade pasta to take home as well. There is ample parking in the lot next to restaurant. They are open breakfast and lunch. I felt like this is more of a happening. Lots of personality in the food and the physical building. Great addition to Liberty Corner.More

After reading about Priscilla's Pantry my wife and I stopped by to get a Roast Beef Sloppy Joe to go. To my surprise it was already pre-packed in a chilled plastic container. The taste and thickness of the sloppy was average compared to other places....We actually prefer seeing the sandwich made so we know it’s really fresh.More
