I love homemade ice cream and this was the place. So many flavors and sooooooo good!! It’s right in a quaint area of shops and dining. Grab a cone and sit on their little deck, or walk 50ft to a little park.
Great little local place with homemade ice cream. On the main strip so parking can be a challenge. Everyone was nice and quick. They were all wearing masks and everything looked sanitary. All the ice creams were delicious!
My adult son and I went after seeing a couple of interesting flavors on their website.
When we got there, the adult woman who waited on us, was less than engaged. When we asked about the flavors we saw on their site, she was annoyed...and said "We stopped that a long a time ago."
I chose another flavor, Ginger Snap in a cone. What she brought back was a cone dipped into a cup with melting ice cream, dripping down the side of the cup, basically a mess. She asked if I wanted it and that the part of the freezer where that is kept "doesn't really freeze the ice cream." I asked if I could taste it. She gave me a stick to try it. It was too melted so I didn't get it and put the stick back into the ice cream. This was the best part... she gave me a nasty look and said, "Now I can't serve that."
She was rude and the ice cream questionable if the freezers aren't working correctly.More
My adult son and I went to have A simple ice cream cone. I ordered the gingersnap ice cream. The woman behind the counter came back with the ice cream partially melted on her hands partially melted on the cup and all over the cone....She asked me if I still wanted it though it was very melted. I asked her if I could taste it. She said yes and gave me a stick to taste it with. I decided I didn’t want it and I put the stick back in the ice cream. She got upset with me because she was not going to be able to put the ice cream back into the container that she took it out of. She was rude and obnoxious. Maybe she was having a bad day, but the customer shouldn’t be the person she took
it out on.More
