Nolan's has the recipe. Best Thin Crust Pizza, true brick oven wood fired pizza. A relaxed atmosphere kind of like "Cheers" where everyone knows your name!

We had dinner here in October. The pizza and pasta dish we chose were very tasty. The wine was a nice compliment. We would plan to eat here any time we visit the area. The prices are very reasonable.

Excellent service and a nice menu to choose from. Food is delicious, reasonably priced and suggest feasting on the apple crisp for dessert.

Yes Pizza is thin crust ( I love it) Pizza was EXCELLANT a great variety of toppings to choose from

Also a patron there, call the restaurant directly, but also know that Gary (the waiter) has a catering business as well.
