The restaurant appeared to be cozy and welcoming. The service was friendly and personal; Drew went above an beyond to answer all our questions (my daughter is a vegetarian and on the gluten free diet, - not an easy customer). When it comes to food,...- there are no words to express excellence we experienced. All dishes were described as delicious by every member of my family... - this simply never happens. Coyote Grill is a type of restaurant you want to enjoy everyday.More

We ordered takeout - spring rolls, tacos, and haddock. We got a text message saying that the food was ready exactly at the time we requested. All of the food was very, very good - it was beyond our expectations. Recommended if you’re looking for...some high quality takeout. (Obviously, I can‘t comment on the in-dining experience.).More

It has been many years since my husband and I had a meal at the Coyote Grill. So during this pandemic, on a Sunday night, in off season - we were pleasantly surprised by EVERYTHING that we experienced. First, the host, was ever so gracious...and made sure that our table was located where we would be happy. Our server Drew, was pleasant, polite, and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food - was very, very good, and the cocktails were as good ( and potent) as any that we have had anywhere. I am SO happy that Coyote Grill remains a place where people are warm and friendly, and the food and service are fantastic. We will return. Keep up the good work and hang in there!!! Have faith that we will be on the other side of this pandemic soon.More

The service was very good. Our fish was very good, rice was bland and squash was really good, wish there was more. It was uncomfortably warm in the restaurant. Beer selection was good. Limited menu but good variety of specials. Some entrees were a bit...pricey. The creme brûlée was extremely crunchy.More

We visit New Hampshire about 5 times a year. No matter where we are in N.H., visting the Coyote Grill is an absolute must. The food isout of this world and worth every penny. The cook is very creative and the food never disappoints. We...have called in advance of our visit and have requested certain meals and they were most accomodating. A very big thank you to Nate who is friendly, knowledgeable and one of the best hosts! Coyote grille staff make you feel welcome and go out of their way to please,More

Next time you visit Waterville Valley make it a point to dine at Coyote Grill located just at the entrance to the town and above the Sports Center. The Grill does not disappoint. Went there on a Thursday after an afternoon on the slopes. Service...was fast and courteous and the fish dinner my wife and I shared was fresh and filling. It did not hurt that appetizer oysters were two for one. Good atmosphere for getting together at the cozy bar or at a table for a family dinner.More

Not too many options. You can get some stuff like breakfast sandwiches at mulligans in town square. Best choice is out of town in Thornton, the Sugar Shack.
