A few months ago I wrote a not so favorable review of the Coyote Grill but preferenced it that it was still our favorite restaurant. Once again back in the Valley, we visited the Coyote and the meal was spectacular. When the $22 Tuesday special menu was posted, I was elated to see that the spring rolls were on it. Also was the Lamb shank Osso Bucco. Sean, well done, not on the meat itself but on the dinner. Our server Lynn was as charming as usual and the Blizzard pie was back on the menu. What a great meal.

We visit New Hampshire about 5 times a year. No matter where we are in N.H., visting the Coyote Grill is an absolute must. The food isout of this world and worth every penny. The cook is very creative and the food never disappoints. We have called in advance of our visit and have requested certain meals and they were most accomodating. A very big thank you to Nate who is friendly, knowledgeable and one of the best hosts! Coyote grille staff make you feel welcome and go out of their way to please,

When the waitress emails you a week before your reservation to check on you, you know the staff is going to be super friendly and attentive. That made the Coyote Grill at the Waterville Valley Resort was a great all around experience. Antelope Meatballs... shocked at how good these were and you must get them if you visit. On top of this, the two chefs in the kitchen are only 20 years old! ANTELOPE MEATBALLS -- broken arrow ranch Texas, creamy polenta, tomato demi glace, shaved asiago and parmesan Rack of lamb and the Venison were perfectly cooks and the grilled carrots were tender and crunchy, we kept saying "How did they do this"? Cocktails were dangerously good as they were all well balanced. When I posted the dessert on Instagram, I had someone randomly message me "That's the Blizzards!!!' Our waitress Lynn came through with excellent recommendations for the dinner, as well as a few breakfast spots for the next day. She is why we got the Bruschetta, and it is actually searched warm with whole roasted garlic. Worth getting. They are lucky to have someone that engaging working there.

This restaurant came well recommended by the staff of the resort we were staying at. My family of 4 walked in around 6:30 on a Saturday night. It was very busy and we didn’t have reservations. I waited at the hostess podium for a couple of minutes and was then greeted by a man who I would consider not very friendly. When I asked how long the wait was he said at least an hour. I asked to add my name to the list and then sat down in the crowded lobby area. Within 15 minutes the lobby was empty except for us. After a few more minutes the host came to let us know he could “squeeze us in, because he had some reservations not show up” sounds like a story to me. We sat in the bar area which was super busy as to be expected but the poor bartender had to wait on us and was rushing around like crazy and it definitely hindered her from being a good server. The food was so underwhelming. The cauliflower fritters were not fritters, The pork schnitzel was overcooked and the chicken on my children’s chicken Caesar salad’s was so dry I could hardly cut it with a steak knife. My husband had the bison meatloaf which was pretty good. We are foodies and then menu was just okay, but execution definitely missed the mark. We would not return solely based on the service but the food isn’t up to par either.

The restaurant appeared to be cozy and welcoming. The service was friendly and personal; Drew went above an beyond to answer all our questions (my daughter is a vegetarian and on the gluten free diet, - not an easy customer). When it comes to food, - there are no words to express excellence we experienced. All dishes were described as delicious by every member of my family... - this simply never happens. Coyote Grill is a type of restaurant you want to enjoy everyday.

We had dinner at the Coyote Grill this week and had a wonderful experience, great staff and exceptional food. My wife had the haddock which was fresh and delicious, I had the chicken saltimboca which was over the top delicious. We also enjoyed the oysters casino end which were the best I’ve ever eaten! Overall a great experience great food and wonderful dining experience!!! The whole time we felt safe as the staff was conscientious of safe practices and a healthy environment.

We went on a Monday evening and the food was so good we went back the following Thursday. I ordered the exact same thing (salmon with mashed potatoes) and the quality and quantity was so different from Monday that I could not believe it. The salmon was overcooked, the veggies over seasoned and the portion of veggies was half the amount I got on Monday. They must have very different chefs, i would not have gone back had I had the meal I had Thursday on Monday. An amazing (and poor) difference.

We ordered takeout - spring rolls, tacos, and haddock. We got a text message saying that the food was ready exactly at the time we requested. All of the food was very, very good - it was beyond our expectations. Recommended if you’re looking for some high quality takeout. (Obviously, I can‘t comment on the in-dining experience.).

It has been many years since my husband and I had a meal at the Coyote Grill. So during this pandemic, on a Sunday night, in off season - we were pleasantly surprised by EVERYTHING that we experienced. First, the host, was ever so gracious and made sure that our table was located where we would be happy. Our server Drew, was pleasant, polite, and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food - was very, very good, and the cocktails were as good ( and potent) as any that we have had anywhere. I am SO happy that Coyote Grill remains a place where people are warm and friendly, and the food and service are fantastic. We will return. Keep up the good work and hang in there!!! Have faith that we will be on the other side of this pandemic soon.

My family and I decided to venture down to the Coyote from Lincoln about a month ago, and were more than happy with our entire experience. The food was nothing less than spectacular. Everything, from the tuna appetizer, to the burger, the pasta with lamb, and especially the lobster/pasta special was delicious. The service was great, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We’ve always loved this place, but honestly forgot how good it really was. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by, you won’t be disappointed!

We have been dining at the Coyote Grill for many years and have always enjoyed a wonderful meal and great service. Tonight was no exception. From appetizer of Chrisy Cauliflower to ourmain courses off Dion Brown sugar brined Pork chop and fish tacos and a delicious tiramisu for desert everything was prepared and presented beautifully. We shared a bottle of delicious sweet and fruity Moscato. But it was our extremely attenative server, Lynne who rounds out a plesant dining experience. Can't wait to go back.

Always delighted by the food, beverages and service. The spicy fish tacos are an absolute chef's kiss, the strawberry shortcake to die for and the house made lavender syrup in the lavender gin sour is beyond words. The views of the mountains are also spectacular. Would recommend 10/10

The Coyote Grill always serves well prepared food. Tonight the service was good and the food was exceptional. I had the pork chop and it was perfectly prepared. The flatbread pizza appetizer ( apple, cheese, arugula and a great aioli) was amazing!! The restaurant is casual and is good for families.

We had dinner on Friday night of Columbus Day weekend, so the restaurant was very busy. So busy that we decided to skip the 2 hour wait for a table and scored two seats at the bar. Dinner was terrific, albeit a little pricey. Drinks were great, including my wifes Margarita and the staff were very helpful, although a little slow, which may have been because of how busy they were. Desserts were great too along with our special post-dinner coffee drianks.

We had reservations for 6:45. Arrived a bit early and requested a window table. Not a problem and we were seated promptly at a table with a great view. We ordered one pasta item from the menu and one from the specials. The pasta tastes home made and was delicious. The sauces were awesome. Just enough without being overpowering. The portions were very generous. We enjoyed a wonderful bottle of wine with the meal. Our server, Lynn O, was attentive and knowledgeable. Such a nice surprise to have a server who actually enjoys her job! Overall a wonderful dinner. Would for sure go back.
