We organized a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner for our son's wedding this past weekend. I cannot say enough about the Manager Nathan Peterson, Chef Sean, and the wait staff. Everyone raved about the food and the service was excellent for our 40 guests. Can't wait to visit Waterville Valley again! Thank you Nathan for all your hard work!

I had the Beef Tenderloin and it was superb. My wife had the Orzo and Grilled Cauliflower with Shrimp. She thought it was excellent. The prices are a little high, but I thought the meal was a good value. The service was good. Our waiter was pleasant and got our order correct. The view from the dining area was beautiful.... More

We have eaten here a few times and found the food to always be great. On my most recent visit I had the chicken skewers and fish tacos. All the food is fresh and the choices on the menu are often creative. The location is above a gym, but don't be fooled by that. The atmosphere is nice and the... More

At first, we questioned the idea of a restaurant above a gym that you have to walk through to get to, but this was such a sweet surprise. A cozy restaurant with a nice ambiance overlooking Waterville Valley. Delicious specials and yummy food. Wonderful Cesar salad, steak, and vegetables. A great night out.

A little pricey but great food. Didn't have a bad a meal and ate there ever night for a week. Portions are generous. Service is adequate.

Had dinner at the Coyote on our last night of vacation. Not sure how believable I am to rave over a salad but the one I had was definitely tops. The grilled shrimp was flavored and cooked to perfection and the local organic greens were delightful. My spouse had the Chicken Caprese Sandwhich on delicious whole grain ciabatta. One of... More
