The Coyote Grill always serves well prepared food. Tonight the service was good and the food was exceptional. I had the pork chop and it was perfectly prepared. The flatbread pizza appetizer ( apple, cheese, arugula and a great aioli) was amazing!! The restaurant is...casual and is good for families.More

They charged me $29 for a lobster and tomato dish where the lobster had clearly been frozen. It was dry and tough. Not what I would call a lovely dining experience.

Got end of the summer menu. Lobster roll was terrific - as expected, salmon good choice also. Good wine prices and decent selection. In off season, be sure to call ahead, busy our night, but not always.

Always delighted by the food, beverages and service. The spicy fish tacos are an absolute chef's kiss, the strawberry shortcake to die for and the house made lavender syrup in the lavender gin sour is beyond words. The views of the mountains are also spectacular....Would recommend 10/10More

Service is mostly very good. You have to ask for bread with your dinner. Wish they had the clam chowder as part of the menu. They rotate soup specials. Sometimes no one purchases them at all. My son loves the chicken fingers kids meal. Wings...are very good. Surf and turf special was fabulous. One of the best restaurants in Waterville Valley if you are willing to pay a little more.More

My husband and I have always loved the coyote grill! We haven’t been in a few years and we returned on our winter vacation to the great food we have come to expect. What made the visit extra special was our great service from Lynn....She was friendly, funny, and through the busy rush was attentive throughout our whole dinner. So happy to be back!More

Went on retreat and not a lot of choices. This place is above the gym. Smaller portions everything priced to much for maybe average American cuisine. Grumpy bartender, dark and smelly place not friendly. Sad all around meal service and quality food.

To the previous reviewer, this is not some low end family-friendly fast food place. Best grass fed beef burger that actually nourishes you. Other entrees are consistently good. The staff are hand picked. All are excellent servers. And Sean, the owner and head chef gives...back 10 times over to the community. You cannot do better anywhere.More

A Burger is $14.50, Kids hot dog and Fries are $7.00. There are better options, within a short drive.

I had dinner here tonight and last night. Friendly host, sat immediately. Menu is good with choices ranging from soup, salad to a full course meal. Had a salad one night that was fresh and filling. Tonight was salmon dinner. This was also very good....Excellent service. Would recommend and return.More

When the waitress emails you a week before your reservation to check on you, you know the staff is going to be super friendly and attentive. That made the Coyote Grill at the Waterville Valley Resort was a great all around experience. Antelope Meatballs... shocked...at how good these were and you must get them if you visit. On top of this, the two chefs in the kitchen are only 20 years old! ANTELOPE MEATBALLS -- broken arrow ranch Texas, creamy polenta, tomato demi glace, shaved asiago and parmesan Rack of lamb and the Venison were perfectly cooks and the grilled carrots were tender and crunchy, we kept saying "How did they do this"? Cocktails were dangerously good as they were all well balanced. When I posted the dessert on Instagram, I had someone randomly message me "That's the Blizzards!!!' Our waitress Lynn came through with excellent recommendations for the dinner, as well as a few breakfast spots for the next day. She is why we got the Bruschetta, and it is actually searched warm with whole roasted garlic. Worth getting. They are lucky to have someone that engaging working there.More

My family and I decided to venture down to the Coyote from Lincoln about a month ago, and were more than happy with our entire experience. The food was nothing less than spectacular. Everything, from the tuna appetizer, to the burger, the pasta with lamb,...and especially the lobster/pasta special was delicious. The service was great, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We’ve always loved this place, but honestly forgot how good it really was. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by, you won’t be disappointed!More

The restaurant appeared to be cozy and welcoming. The service was friendly and personal; Drew went above an beyond to answer all our questions (my daughter is a vegetarian and on the gluten free diet, - not an easy customer). When it comes to food,...- there are no words to express excellence we experienced. All dishes were described as delicious by every member of my family... - this simply never happens. Coyote Grill is a type of restaurant you want to enjoy everyday.More

Not too many options. You can get some stuff like breakfast sandwiches at mulligans in town square. Best choice is out of town in Thornton, the Sugar Shack.
