At first, we questioned the idea of a restaurant above a gym that you have to walk through to get to, but this was such a sweet surprise. A cozy restaurant with a nice ambiance overlooking Waterville Valley. Delicious specials and yummy food. Wonderful Cesar salad, steak, and vegetables. A great night out.

A little pricey but great food. Didn't have a bad a meal and ate there ever night for a week. Portions are generous. Service is adequate.

Had dinner at the Coyote on our last night of vacation. Not sure how believable I am to rave over a salad but the one I had was definitely tops. The grilled shrimp was flavored and cooked to perfection and the local organic greens were delightful. My spouse had the Chicken Caprese Sandwhich on delicious whole grain ciabatta. One of... More

My husband and I dine at Coyote often. Never have we had a bad meal. It's old-tyme charm with delicious food. The chef puts out plates that you could get at a top restaurant in Boston. Service is always good with friendly wait staff, too. There aren't a lot of choices for dining in Waterville, but I''m awfully glad this... More

Wait for food was a bit long but it was well prepared and arrived LP hot. Veal Florentine was very tasty. Server did a great job. Atmosphere was relaxed and view out the window was beautiful. Definitely recommend.

Vegetarians/Eggatarians would be happy going here. Good mix of drinks and food. We liked it. Riding distance from the nearby resorts and town square.

We are staying down the street at the silver Foxx Inn at waterville resort and when we were looking around to eat we stumbled upon this place. it is nothing fancy nothing cheap. Your average restaurant but with great quality food. There was a good variety and they had a cute bar. We didn't have to wait for a table... More
